In booking.com, it was 600 rupees per day and we booked the same. Whenever we reached the hotel, staff told that it will be 1500 per day and scammed.

The manager is very rude and asks for more money than we paid at the time of booking stating that it is a old rating. The doors were so bad, the lock was jammed and the key broke.. he blamed us to have broken it deliberately and fined us. Cleanliness was also not good.

Nothing Poor hospitality and received excess amount. We booked 3 rooms but they given bill for 2 rooms and got 4 rooms money. When we asked they said if you want stay otherwise move out.. Which is very bad.

Room was clean Behaviour of staff towards girls was not acceptable Price showing on booking.com was 450 per night and during check in time they told me to pay 1500/- that was not fair Did an argument for almost 2 hours that too at night at Around 8 and after they told me to pay 700/- ...even though it was their problem we paid them 700/- as it was already 10 at night and me and my sister was already exhausted by arguing with them Totally disappointed

N/A Hi Team, I paid the amount of 300/- to booking.com before check-in into the hotel. But, again the hotel people asked for money of 1000/- which they were not provide any receipt for this amount. As a result, I didn't checked-in into the hotel and step out. Same thing happened for 1 more person which he paid through online. But, they demanded 1500/- for him. That person also stepped out from the hotel without checked-in. Finally I was cheated. Not sure what action will you take on this! Any chance to pay back my amount? Please do the needful. Thanks!
