Location and staff behaviour. Ac was working well, lighting was good. Lift is available. Restaurant is not there but they arrange food if we order. I already highlighted to staff there. There were cockroaches all around the room and washroom. Very unhygienic. Otherwise it was ok. Bed is just ok but not that comfortable . No parking.

Overall good. Very New / Newly renovated. The person at the reception is very very supportive The locstiion is crowded. Esp at night as it is where all the long route buses pick up people. But inside the building its good

Our six week stay at The Lounge Business Hotel was a ‘home from home’ and could not have been more pleasant. Hussein in particular was absolutely charming and nothing was too much effort He arranged transport locally, all our trains and food on the occasions we needed it and always ensured our tuk tuks and taxis from the hotel were the best value and clearly directed. His command of English both spoken and written was also excellent which made everything so much simpler. Infact ALL the staff were friendly and helpful from manager to cleaner Our room was spacious, beautifully cleaned with an excellent wet room and powerful hot shower. Wi-Fi was excellent both in our room and in the lobby. A restaurant on site served good food and offered room service. Anything we requested they all did their best to oblige and we spent many a happy hour over the six weeks enjoying a tasty coffee in the lobby with the Deccan Herald.

Check-in is very comfortable. The room is clean and good. Response from the reception is very much appreciated. When charges for the room are applied for every day. Water bottle is charged after the 1st day stay. I bought a Kinley 2 litres bottle which has no taste, whereas the complementary kinley 1 ltr water bottle on the first day is good. Restaurant food quality can be improved.
