The property demanded more money than the amount shown on my reservation confirmation on Booking.com. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC did not work properly. The room size was bigger than expected and the property is conveniently located, just off the outer ring road.

Worst service they declined my booking after payment confirmation. Manager is arrogant as hell. He yelled at us and asked us to take legal actions also which would affect him. Never visiting this place again.

I booked this oyo rooms in booking.com .but the oyo rooms tell that rooms are under maintenance and they didn't provide rooms while check-in. Even I paid full amount at that time of booking itself. That hotel manager easily tell me please check with customer care of oyo rooms. I have call customer care and inform thise things on dec-26 as well ad Dec-28. But still my refund is not processed. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAIL OR MESSAGE CONFIRMATION ABOUT BY COMPLAINT. Please show the available before check with hotel.I never face such kind of issue in agoda.com. But booking.com I am really feel very bad about the hotel booking. Please do action about my complaint.

Location of property We were asked to pay extra despite payment made online. He receptionist informed if not paid booking will be cancelled and you have tk look for different hotels or rooms, which is around 1:30AM we were hearing this after our 8 hours of travel time that's was very shocking. Moreover when asked bill they told me bill will be sent via email till this date no bill was received.
