The staff not friendly, bad air conditioning

The bathroom is dirty and one of the room that we stayed had a leak from toilet. I saw mold in the sink. And the windows were dirty which i didnt mind but other might. Except for bathroom, other things are fine.

The bad smell it wasn’t clean all the place was dusty pillow, bitch. She was dirty yellow pots on it. It was red or blood or what I don’t know. The water test was very bad and one receptionist guy who wasn’t polite.

Soft bed. Great location and very clean. Rugs on floor were cumbersome and create a trip hazard. Floor needs to be repaired and rugs removed.

If you are looking for night life activities, the location is good for you. Fair breakfast selection. Stinky smell when you enter the room. Better to close the bathroom door always. Room is old. Hallway is dirty and dark. Good thing I stayed only for 2 days. Not worth the price.

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the room assigned to me during my stay. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was not safe, and the interior furnishings and decorations were damaged, broken, and poorly maintained. The condition of the room resulted in several minor injuries during my stay, which caused significant discomfort and concern for my safety. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected. I kindly request that the hotel investigate this matter and take the necessary corrective actions to improve the safety and maintenance of its rooms. I would also appreciate your consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and negative experience I encountered. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We love the location, and the courtesy of the staff. None on the property. Its just our neighbor was so noisy when coming back late at night.

Location Bad service, Bad cleaning, Very poor facilities ( Example- Air conditions, Room service ) After check-in i found used pillow, bed. They did the service when i informed the receptions !!!! Found old pillow ( minimum few years old and pillow was not in shape ). When I asked for pillow, i was replied, all pillow are same !!!! How the hotel is 4 star ?????? Air condition stopped working middle of night !!!!!!!!!!!! No tooth brush !!!!! ( First time faced this ) Etc.....Etc.....
