Breakfast was not that great limited options Booked a room with attached toilet but got a room of with out bathroom and had to use common toilet and bathroom...room promised and deliver was very small just 6 feet height.

I love the staff. P is a very professional recepcionist. He pleased me and Spoiled me as a customer by his smile and friendly manner. I would definitely come back to Blu Gay Style Hotel. A 5 Star style Hotel and Spa. No comments!

Friendly staff The initially allocated room (under the stairs, labeled BB) did not feel safe or suitable for staying. The cleanliness of the toilets and overall safety standards were below expectations, especially considering the price paid. After I raised a complaint, I was moved to a better room, which was satisfactory. However, despite having a three-day reservation, I was informed that I could only stay in the new room for one night. Due to this inconsistency and inconvenience, I decided to leave the property early.

the breakfast included, the facilities (sauna, pool, gym), the neighborhood with many coffee shops and Japanese eateries. location is a bit away from the nearest BTS station (Ari) and walking on the sidewalk can be challenging. The check-in must be done after 2pm and unless misunderstood, it is not possible to store the luggage onsite.

The pool on the ground floor and the rooftop Onsen were nice, the staff were kind and helpful when they were around. The Onsen and the rooftop amenities are only open when the outside visitors are allowed to come at 3 pm. Until then you cannot use them. The phone number attached to booking.com doesn’t exist in reality. The number that texted me earlier was not responsive when I needed help with check in. Nobody replied to me on booking.com when I was desperately trying to contact the hotel in order to leave the luggage. At the hotel itself there was nobody at the reception and I wasn’t able to get the help on the spot either. I wasn’t given any instructions on how to enter the hotel at night and it wasn’t an obvious thing. The front door was locked and since nobody is at the reception no one can hear you knock no matter how loud. After 15 minutes I figured there’s a back door and I entered through it. It wasn’t a pleasant experience given it was late at night and I just wanted to sleep. The shared bathrooms are old and messy.

Not much The accommodation was full of massage boys basically a brothel. Not what I was expecting at all. Would of been good to know before booking And room was about 5 foot tall couldn't even stand up straight

Perfect location, lots of eateries and cafe with chilling vibe around Beautiful design with outdoor pool The compliment breakfast is simple but delicious. Staff is kind and helpful, especially the lady who serves breakfast. Just one minus thing is the ceiling in room no.5 is too ridiculously low and lots of mosquitoes.
