Had a wonderful stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. It was also very child-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience. None

Location, service, and staff Climatisation is always too low, one gets sick because of it, but that's a general issue in most Asian countries.

Pool bar service was awesome and was the pool facilities. Concierge - Mr Wat was extremely helpful and informative and gave us information on MRT system, the temples to visit and places to eat, though he suggested the restaurant downstairs but we were going out anyway. Breakfast box was a little bit disappointing after using the breakfast buffet a few weeks before. We could not have the breakfast buffet due to our driver pickup at 04.30am. There could have been a little more effort on the breakfast box such as chopped fruit, yoghurt, mini cereal, milk carton, bacon & egg roll, etc instead there was minimal effort in the box with apple, lime, croissant, juice in carton, danish, cheese & ham sandwich and luke warm coffee.

Superb hotel and room, amazing facilities. The location is great and the staff were all extremely kind and helpful - even helped with calling airline to change our flight the same day. Hands down one of best hotels we have ever stayed at.

The only negative point is that the hotel should ask war criminals to sign a document confirming that they have not committed war crimes. There are many war criminals in the city and in hotels. Currently, in Japan and in many other countries, hotels are requesting this type of declaration. It is not pleasant to stay in hotels where this type of person may be present, so this is a suggestion for the future. Overall, everything else was perfect.
