We were here for 1 night waiting for a connecting flight to London. This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay while waiting for flights - room was a bit basic but adequate...amazing pool though. You wouldn't want to stay for more than 1 night I'd have thought. good communication from the hotel before arrival on how to pick up the hotel shuttle. I also received a scam text suggesting I needed to click on the link in the text to confirm my booking otherwise my booking would be cancelled - contacted the hotel via booking.com & they quickly confirmed the text was not from them...how the scammers got details of my booking & were able to text me is a bit of worry but it all ended well in the end. As hotel transfers are included it's a very handy hotel to stay at & incredible value at £50 for the night without breakfast. If we were at Bangkok airport for the night we would use this hotel again. Transfer from the hotel to the airport was good - transfer from the airport to the hotel was a bit of a pain - we had to wait 30 mins at the airport for the transfer & after a long flight we would have liked that to have been quicker

Location to the airport was good. The LONG wait for the shuttle service at the airport. We ended up taking a taxi. Early checkin was not available. The pool was grass green and poorly maintained. The mattress in our room was hard and uncomfortable. The rooms are not sound proof and we could hear the guests in the room next to us. The staff at checkin was unfriendly.

Reasonably close to airport, good breakfast, friendly staff No hot water, I stayed here twice in the span of a week, 2 different rooms, and they both had issues with the hot water, I did not report it to the Hotel, but the heat level was below medium temperature.

I booked this hotel for an overnight before flying home from Bangkok. Price was very reasonable & I liked that they have free shuttle bus both TO & FROM the airport, which was easy to find, following their directions. Very comfortable room, elevator in building. Main pool was beautiful, I ate poolside from their restaurant, which was delicious. Staff very welcoming & accommodating. It had a bit of construction going on near the building I stayed in (4), so I didn’t use that pool. They have 2 pools.
