The hotel is really close to superbon training camp and the shopping mall. The internal of the room is kinda old and rusty. You have to pay 500thb in the beginning for card key deposit.

Nice & quiet place Though 7-11 is besides the hotel, the nearest shopping mall would be central eastville mainly consists restaurants & a supermarket. Walking distance around 7mins but the route to there can be quite challenging due to many moving vehicles and uneven roads. Besides this mall & 7-11, there's practically nothing much. I chose this hotel as my clinic is near.

The rooms were cozy and clean. Toilet size in sufficient and not too cramped. The hallways are also clean and quiet. Comfortable reception area. There is a 7 Eleven just next door. Quiet neighborhood with wide roads and clean as well. 14 minutes walk to the nearest Central Eastville mall. Insufficient plug points or placement of the plug points. Only one elevator. No BTS' MRT nearby but you can still call a Grab or taxi to bring you nearer to one. Would need to walk out to the nearest public transport.

The staff were very friendly, spoke well English and very accommodating when asking for assistance. The room was clean, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, our balcony overlooking nice residential areas. The price was quite good for Bangkok location, we did some comparisons and were satisfied overall especially considering we had a flight at BKK the day after. We ordered food from local food app and the staff were able to coordinate with our room by hotel phone. The restaurant was exceptional; some of the best Thai food I have tried, even asked the chef for his recipe of spicy chili pork. Would recommend to stay here.

The room was actually clean & presentable. The other guest in the next room was very noisy almost every night that I stay there. There were loud voices of women talking & screaming, and I even had an unpleasant night when someone drunk knock on my door at around 3 in the morning. Other than that, its difficult if you have to work and to have breakfast when the cafeteria opened only at 8:30 am.

Great location, easy to walk to the 7-11 and to the mall food court nearby. Perfect for landing late in Bangkok. The pool and gym area were really nice, but the pool is shaded so just be aware of that. Although the pool was very nice, it was shadded. The inhouse restarant was a little expensive compared to what you could find out neaby, but all in all it was a great value. I would stay here again.

breakfast was okay. Standard for Thailand. I loved the swimming pool. Looked nice, not run down, kids had a blast. The water was cold but they had lots of fun. It was nice to relax and supervise the kids. Loved that they allowed us to have friends over and swim. It was very welcoming.
