Free breakfast, staff were very accommodating and the location was excellent. Very very close to street vendor food which was actually my favorite part. My wife had trouble sleeping because of the layout and relative size of the room altogether. She advised that the bed and bathroom area layout should be switched. With the bed being right next to the door, she had a lot of trouble sleeping due to noise from other guests. Anytime someone opens the door you can hear it and also anytime someone uses the sink in the room next to ours it sounds like it was in our room. Because of my wife's comfort level I had to downgrade my rating.

The staff are beyond amazing, super friendly and warm. The place was clean, our room was clean and comfortable. The facilities are working well. So, our overall stay was great. Nothing really.

Everything was good from the location, staff, cleanliness and especially all our requests were granted. I like everything about the property but the only concern that I have is Klook charged us more than the price posted in the listing. Price is 8,600 + but my card was charged 9,100+ pesos. Thank you!

The water heater did not work properly

Nothing Simply everything was bad, the place is very narrow and tight, bed sheets were patchy and had cuts, zero noise insulation, the smell was awful in the whole hotel from the reception to the room, the water pressure in the shower was weak. I do not remember a good thing about it. Had to stay the night then moved to another hotel the second day.

It might have been a good place to stay back in 2016, but today it no longer offers a worthwhile experience. The entire unit feels worn-out: there are yellow water stains, peeling wallpaper, holes, and numerous rushed, poorly done repairs. The floors aren’t even—parts of the laminate are bulging, giving the impression you might lose your balance. The balcony also faces a wall, and honestly, the room would probably be better without it. The only positive is the breakfast, which is served in the café across the street. Overall, this hotel definitely doesn’t deserve its 4-star rating. The room condition.

Great location, near transportation, night, markets and shopping. The water temperature of the shower was hot and cold, but overall not bad. No tub.
