Great location, great hospitality and I appreciated their attention to details

it was my kid's birthday during our stay, they gave treats, they even gave a surprised

The receptionists are truly the highlight of this hotel. They are exceptionally accommodating, professional, approachable, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, they consistently greeted us with warm smiles and showed genuine concern for our needs. Their outstanding customer service made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly amazing. We honestly did not expect it to be this good. While the buffet may not offer the largest variety, it has everything you need, and the quality of the food is excellent. One unique feature we loved was the fresh honeycomb, where guests can enjoy honey directly from the comb. Every dish we tried was delicious, and breakfast became one of the highlights of our stay. Highly recommended! The reception area is also very eye-catching and inviting. Although it is not very large, it feels cozy, elegant, and welcoming. My daughter especially enjoyed the slide in the lobby while we were waiting to check in, which was a lovely touch for families traveling with children. It created a pleasant first impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel facilities are generally well-maintained, but some areas are beginning to show signs of age. The property feels a bit compact in certain sections, and we noticed some mold and white calcification buildup in the shower area. Improved maintenance and more frequent deep cleaning would help enhance the overall guest experience. The hotel provides a self-service ironing area on the top floor, which is a bit inconvenient option for guests. However, the room can become quite hot and uncomfortable while ironing. The same area also houses vending washing machines and dryers, which may be useful for guests staying for longer periods. Another feature is the water dispenser located near the elevator, allowing guests to refill their bottles. While this is environmentally friendly, I personally have some concerns regarding sanitation and safety since it is used by many different guests throughout the day. For added convenience and peace of mind, I would prefer complimentary sealed bottled water to be provided.

i loved the staff, the best customer service. It was also near a lot of shopping areas which is a plus. Only 10 mins away from MBK market. the quad room is very tiny and for a family of 5, not the best. this property is good if it’s just you and another person, but for a family, wouldn’t recommend.

Staff were hard working despite the quality of the property's hardware. It's dirty and dilapidated.Surprized that a Japanese owned hotel can live with this state of decay.

Cheap Noisy vehicles

It’s such a fun property to stay at The only little thing I didn’t like is they put the same product for shampoo, body wash, and hair conditioner. They’re all same.

The Location is excellent , the staff are friendly and halpful, breakfast served is OK bit choices are limted We had booked a family room , the room was really small , the toilet and bathroom was very cramped , but the confinience in the room was fine . The small window the room had, faced a wall

I liked everything: location, staff members, breakfast and ortopedic pillows! It was very clean and super nice place to stay. Next time I'm in Bangkok I will definitely book this hotel!Thank you so much!

For partially sighted like me room lighting is way too dark.

* The hotel and rooms were clean. Towels, bed-sheets, glasses, mugs, kettle, bottles, etc. were all clean. * The staff was courteous and helpful * The rooms are compact but very nicely done and serves the purpose of a stay. * In the comments I had read that there is noise, but in the two rooms that we booked, there was zero noise. * They had an option of refilling water, just outside the room. A big relief for me, who wants to add as little plastic as possible to the planet. * They have a kids playing area. Our kids literally loved that area. * Vegetarian options in the breakfast are limited or non-existent. So, couldn't book the room with breakfast.

The room was a good size, comfortable, clean, and made me feel safe during my stay. I’m not sure if it was because the room had a window that couldn’t be opened, but there was a slightly musty smell. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be looked into and improved.

The breakfast is good as expectation. It is good for us. It would be great if the neccesery thing is ready is the room, such as toothpast or slipper. No need to ask for at reception. Save time for staff and guest.

The location was perfect for the area I was going to be visiting. The mattress was kinda firm but living in Japan I was kinda used to it so it didn't bother me much.

However, our latest stay here was the last, and it's absolutely not the hotel's fault. I'm talking about the absurdly loud motorbikes. During our last stay, 3 out 4 members of our family couldn't sleep because of the noise. The 4th member is a young child, and can sleep anywhere. Again, it is not the hotel's fault. During our previous 5 stays it didn't happen. The hotel has rooms that face the street, and rooms that don't, and previously we have stayed several days in both types of rooms, and it wasn't a problem. And if anything, the hotel has updated the soundproofing, and our hearing just got worse as we age. And, btw, we sleep with military-grade earplugs. But falling asleep was impossible because of the noise. In the previous years we could see a huge upgrade in the vehicles in Thailand, there are more and more electric cars, so traffic noise should decrease, but no. Bikes are getting louder. Why? So sorry to say this, but if I'm unable to have a good night's sleep, I won't return.

Room is small for 2 person, bed sheet was not so clean , Toilet has not washed properly every day
