Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early and let me extend my stay an extra night with no problems. The place is very clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the better places to stay if your in Bangkok

Service staff speaks good English and very helpful. Like the Shuttle bus service to BITEC and neighbourhood areas for convenience. No daily room cleaning service like the hotel unless u request and pay for the room cleaning service.

The entire place is beautiful. The apartment very clean and very pretty . There is everything in the apt. From iron to washing machine . The part I liked best is the peace & quiet They must have additional staff . I saw only one lady at the front desk and many tourists . She was finding it difficult to cope .

I stayed here for 8 nights in a studio. It was everything I needed. Immaculately clean. Perhaps one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in Asia ( I travel lots). Basic kitchen necessities. Great AC. Good shower. Communal washing machine. Netflix. Big comfy bed and clean white bed linen. Wifi connection was good, I was able to work online and have Zoom calls with clients. There is a lovely clean gym. And there is a brilliant large clean pool just a few meters away (swimming cap is required and provided). Room cleaning was available twice during my 8 day stay, which was more than enough. The place is quiet and peaceful. And the most wonderful thing about it was the staff. They are very genuine and go above and beyond their duty to help. Thank you! I could happily live here :) Several great cafes nearby. Local Thai food markets. A great organic restaurant is just a few mins walk away. Approx 25-35 mins in taxi to central areas. But local area has all the regular conveniences you would need for a comfortable stay. It was a relief to finally stay in a place which is clean, quiet and safe and is good value for money. -

Suitable for 1-2 people. Very clean and neat. Gym is good, village is nice. Shuttle bus service is good. Staffs are kind. They provided me a conected room. So a door was between my room and the next room. A bit far from city center.

The location isn't bad in that there are lots of eateries and cvs's around. But the neighborhood is a bit away from major attractions (at least for me), and the largest issue, because of traffic it is almost impossible to book a taxi during rush hour (to be fair, this might be the case for any hotel). Nevertheless, recommend the place for it's value and EXTREMELY kind and competent staff.

the front desk reception provided us with excellent customer service. especially the morning shift (20/9/23) receptionist, friendly and helpful. I wanted to go to the massage center, so I asked her to book the grab taxi for me. She even helped me to make a reservation for the massage. Thumbs up for the customer service provided. highly recommended to stay in! nearby have local food stalls. lotus in the petrol station and 7-Eleven too. low water pressure
