The hotel is walking distance to pratunam area. Daily housekeeping service and the place is clean. The room also is spacious. They don't offer breakfast.

Cleaning is possible even late afternoon Rooms are noisy, the furniture is old and needs done improvements. Basic bathroom, no front light. The internet where you need to log several times a day.

Excellent location for markets but a little far from the airport. About an hour away. The staff is wonderful, they cleaned the room every day and made sure to give fresh towels and water when we requested. The WiFi is also fast and reliable. I suggest booking with them! The shower was a bit different as the glass attached did not extend to cover and protect the rest of the bathroom floors. So unless you are quite small and don’t require as much movements while cleaning yourself, you’ll get the floor of the shower wet all over, which is why I requested housekeeping to replace the towels every day.

The property is near the commercial area and free shuttle is provided. Each floor is equiped with luggage scales which is convenient for travellers. The room's ambiance was also great. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We bed was low which was not convenient for senior citizens.

the room is huge (I choose deluxe) for 2 people, it's clean and the there's a bidet and the toilet. The staff friendly and helpful, there's loundry place that you can used with 10 baht coin and it was super easy everything good

It was a walking distance to Platinum, Tofu skin care. Central world and The market is also near, you can choose to walk or take grab. So many food restaurants around the area. The hotel offers free golf cart ride going to the closest BTS (I found about this later on my stay so I was not able to avail). Most of the time when pinning the location in grab, it directs you to another area so it gets confusing for the grab driver. You can choose to pin P15 market instead of Marwin villa.

Our room have a leaking aircon on the last two nights, when in the last night we make a complaint when the leak gets bigger, then we asking for another room but at first they said all the standard room was full but luckily after sometime they move us to the deluxe room. Also there's 2 days that our hallway was smells smoke, we think that some of the guests was smoking in their room

Great location in Pratunam, very close to malls and street food. Rooms are clean and cozy, and staff are friendly. Good value for money!
