The breakfast was perfect. Restaurant staff were really nice. Very very very noisy. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly. Water in the shower was always cold. Fridge was connected to the power controlled by the key card, so it didn't stay on.

The hotel is okey... but doesn't meet my expectations... it's one of the worst hotel stayed in Thailand... The hotel's toilet really smells bad.. the shower is broken.. less water coming out... you can hear lover's making noise next to my room.... like this girl screaming ??????it was not a good one anyway.. after checking out they asked me about a little towel.. what will I do with a little towel...the receptionist aren't friendly at all...

Mainly for the price we return back here. Breakfast for the price ok. Tuk Tuk to McDonald very handy. Nathan is good in her job as a receptionist. 1. Room 710, initially allotted had no water pressure. So got changed to 609. 2. Halal Meals for Muslims not clearly marked or separated. Mixing the cutlery. 3. Same breakfast everyday. In the same price more variety could have been given. Same water melon everyday. Keep changing fruit please. 4. Give one type of egg only, fried eggs sunny side up. Requested for omelette, not obliged. That is mean. 5. Dining hall staff good, they do what they are told by Management.
