friendly customer service and very helpful staff, big size room, comfortable bed, central location. it wouldve been nice if the on-site bar/restaurant was open during my stay.

Super nice place, very clean, great location, and the front desk is open 24/7 which makes it the perfect place for any of those late busses/flights.

The hotel didn't respond to my request via the Booking app, ruining my plans. I'm really disappointed.

Had what we needed. Spacious room, with a pool and gym.

The location was a little far away from the city center or bus station.

I liked the room and the swimmingpool. But this hotel could be in any country. It misses the thai feeling. reception not helpful at all as we are used at other thai hotels. Personal feeling.

Great room! Spacious, clean, comfortable with hot shower! The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is about 10 minutes walk to main areas. Overall, everything was great!!

The hotel has a charming design, and you can really see how the heritage of the old house was preserved and beautifully transformed into a modern hotel. The swimming pool area is lovely, offering a peaceful spot to relax. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the location is excellent — many tourist attractions are just a short distance away. While the hotel must have been stunning when it was newly renovated, it’s clear that maintenance is a challenge, and some areas are starting to show wear. Also, we noticed there wasn’t much assistance with carrying luggage to the room, which could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

The building itself is pretty cool - an old, refurbished traditional house. The neighborhood is very local, a true look into Bangkok city life. I had a room with a bathtub, which was clean and had very hot water. The beds are asian-style mattresses (very hard). Might be a shock to people used to western-style mattresses (soft). The hotel is kinda in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants nearby, you must take a Grab everywhere.

The only thing was that the staff doesn't speak good English but did their best efforts to meet all requests. No breakfast available. Nothing.

Interesting design, clean and tidy. Place is a bit older and you can feel and smell it. Swimming pool water also smells like chemicals.

Although the location was on a busy street it was located in an area close to everything we wanted to see while in Bangkok and we felt very secure in the area and at the hotel. The pool was lovely as was the courtyard. Staffed 24 hours. With snacks and beer and beverages available for purchase. Plus a 7/11 2 doors away. Just that it was located on such a busy street.

Good central location, large rooms, heritage vibe is a nice change from other hotels. Quiet hotel and area. The beds are the hardest/firmest beds we’ve ever seen. They are the equivalent of sleeping on a blanket on pavement. This made for very uncomfortable sleeping. The bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned between guests which was gross.

A restaurant/cafe on site would have been great, I thought there was one there but it had closed. There is nothing much in the immediate vicinity unfortunately.
