Nego Home Ancient Hotel

The staff of the inn itself (and it's important to make this distinction) were very friendly, and even left us flowers and a sweet letter for our honeymoon on our arrival. The place was good value-for-money when we stayed there (end of June). It was in a convenient location relatively close to a lot of the main areas of Bangkok. Room was smaller than we expected and had some small issues. Bathroom sink wad damaged, not enough toilet paper, shower was weak and had limited amount of hot water. There is no reception! We didn't know who to contact if we needed anything. We met our (I think it was...) our host on our arrival and on departure. Other than that there were no staff we met. The inn is on the second & third floor of a restaurant which we didn't know in advance. The restaurant wasn't very busy during our stay but it wasn't really comfortable to walk in just to pass to our room. The restaurant had a separate stuff and didn't seem related to the inn. The staff were kind of cold and strange so we minimized our interaction with them although we tried to be friendly at first.

The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. There are delicious Thai restaurants right outside the hotel, and many shopping malls nearby offer a variety of international cuisines. The guesthouse was beautifully designed and clean, making for a very comfortable stay, and the staff were a definite plus.

Although the room itself was fine, i don;t think it was up to standards for the price we were paying. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned - even though we put the sign on the door - and we didnt get new toilet paper and water. When we tried to find staff to help us, there was nobody we could find. Service could improve!

There's lots of little trinkets in the lobby/restaurant, interesting aesthetic. It's also in a nice neighbourhood. Also met Jeff, the owner, he's a pretty nice guy. Wish I've eaten the food there too, but we're looking for Thai food. It's quite a walking distance to BTS.

I had a wonderful time at Nego Home Ancient Inn. Everything was better than expected — the rooms were clean and comfortable, and Dom was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, surrounded by plenty of places to eat and explore in the heart of Bangkok. I’d definitely stay here again!

Khun Jeff and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room is decorated with vintage items, and the location is great, close to the ekkamai station by a short taxi drive, and is near a few nice restaurants. There isn't an option for breakfast at the hotel, so take it into consideration. Also, the hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor, and sometimes the cooking smells are overwhelmingz especially for those who are used to Western food.

Friendly staff and good location. There are stairs to go to the room and no outside sitting area for the balcony.

I loved everything! The rooms were decorated so beautifully. Nice warm shower, good location, very friendly staff, and yummy Malaysian food available downstairs! I definitely will be booking again whenever I’m in the area!

The room was fun and the staff was amazing ! They were so helpful when we needed help with our baggage !

This room holds a very special place in our hearts. Especially if you are "vegan", turn on the radio, dim the lights and float on. Don't forget to leave the leftovers from munchies to the squirrel who occasionally drops by at the balcony. I genuinely hope another couple enjoys this room as much as we did. We couldn't leave the room for an entire week because it was so captivating.

The room was very large and had access to an outdoor area to smoke. Had an issue with drain flies and the sliding door needed repair,

The place is very instagramable.. .. but checkin / checkout experience - basically when you have to interact with staff, was quite bad. This was my third time and I could see a clear decline in service / attitude with every time I stayed.

Good location to everywhere in Bangkok, close to BTS Ekamai and Thong Lo shopping area. clean and cozy room , friendly staff

this is my 7th times stay in this hotel, the room is quiet , cozy and clean , surrounding the hotel have many Michelin restaurant and cafe , also is very close to the healthcare massage and Big C supermarket .
