The location was surprisingly good. The hotel is in a bit of a back alley and we considered this as a reason the prices were pretty good. But once there, we quickly realized how many good restaurants were close by. We spent a lot more time in the neighborhood than planned. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent and everything was clean. We were absolutely happy with our choice. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures make it look like - seems like a good photographer knew what he or she was doing, but it was still a good pool and we enjoyed our time there.

The hotel has a beautiful, modern design and a really peaceful atmosphere. The location in Sathorn is excellent—close enough to everything but tucked away enough to offer a quiet, relaxing environment after a busy day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our 5-night stay. Nothing major. The location requires a bit of walking or a quick ride to get to the main transit lines, but it's very manageable and worth it for the quiet atmosphere.

I really loved this place. The design is modern and elegant, the location is in a local neighborhood that doesn’t feel too touristy, yet still close to everything, and the rooms are in great condition. The staff is super lovely. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there are plenty of great cafés within walking distance with breakfast and everything you need. I had an amazing experience. .

i love love love staying at this hotel! the hotel was so clean and comfortable since it got renovated recently. staffs were so nice and friendly. there were adorable little cats too. i almost don't want people to know this place since it's soooooooo good. i will definitely come back next visit.

The staff was kind. I did not know that you did not charge my card beforehand, and then you asked for payment on the spot. Per Booking, I should have been charged beforehand, and so I had to stand at the desk to verify that my card was indeed not charged, and that I wasn't going to be double charged... To this day, I hope I wasn't double charged, although I am not certain.

Everything but the location; clean, soft beds, nice bathroom, friendly staff, nice restaurants and bars in the vicinity It's quite far from public transport (20+min walk to the nearest metro or bus station), and from there most sights are another half an hour, so you're pretty much reliant on Grab to go anywhere

Comfy large rooms & in a good location. Only downside is that you can’t open windows in your room, and the pool is entirely shaded (although this seems to be quite standard in Bangkok)
