We enjoyed the breakfast. Room was perfect. Shower was strong. Excellent customer service from the front desk. The size of the swimming pool and gym was pretty meh. We were like, "Really? Is that it?" The swimming pool is unlike the photos shown on booking.com it was more like a dip pool not swimming pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Public House. The breakfast was one of the highlights. Rather than a standard buffet, we were able to choose two dishes from the menu each morning. Breakfast began with a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit and tea or coffee. I chose a traditional Japanese rice porridge with vegetables and a perfectly soft-cooked egg, along with fried rice. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It was a wonderful way to start each day and reflected the care and attention the staff put into every part of our stay. Honestly, there wasn't much to improve. The only suggestion I have would be to offer an airport transportation service, even if it were available for an additional fee. For travelers arriving after a long international flight, having a reliable transfer option would make an already wonderful experience even better.

Loved the attention to detail, well designed spaces and rooms, and unique art everywhere! ? The staff were the best part, everyone was so accommodating, friendly and professional! Special thanks to Jérémie, Somy/Som, Zarny, Mam, Tubb and Chachu! 10/10 service and would be coming back. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The beds were super comfy and huge! Way more unique than your average hotel and the neighborhood is great and has a lot to do! Plus a 7 Eleven, Onsens/Spas, speakeasy jazz bar and restaurants are all within a minute walk! Under 10 min walk from Emsphere and the Sukhumvit line! Ask to see the heli-pad ? The elevators were a bit hot and the liquid soap offered could be better. But that’s all I would improve!

All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great - filling and tasty with many options.

Lobby can be crowdy at times, but the staff is always very nich. Would stay there again.

We just didn't expect to have limited views, it was a bit disappointing but not very important in the end.

A tip. If you get room #4 on the first floor, be warned that your window will look out into a space with several water tanks (I think). Very uninspiring but apart from this, everything else was great.

I like how the hotel managed to give all our requests with a lot of surprises - from very late check-in, an anniversary cake to a cookie when we checked out. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I love the view from the rooftop during sunset while sippin cocktail by the pool. Very great location as well as hotel is near emsphere and other big malls! There’s a 7/11 in front for some quick fix. Not applicable.
