Location is Great. The stuff is very helpful and Kind No windows in my room. My room is cleaned Daily but the sheets and towels were old and not very clean.

It's very close proximity to Silom MRT and shopping mall. Place is not kid friendly since it's also very close to pubs ansd adault entertainments plus cars are not allowed to go near the hotel so you need to walk a few meters to reach the road side to take can.

The room is not facing the main street, so traffic noise is not an issue. Well equipped room. Close to MRT/BTS. However, I noticed there are night clubs in the same street, and sometimes huge queues, so it might get noisy some nights.

There was an odd smell and also there was no person cleaning the room since my stay from Nov.04 to Nov.09. There was no change of towel or refill of toilet paper.

No cleaning service provided!! We are staying 3 nights and there are no cleaning at all!!!

Location, cleanness, near to food shops, nice restaurants like Silom Complex , massage parlors and train stations ... only no lift to 6th floor, troublesome for elderly people

I really disliked my stay the room smelled of mould and caused me breathing issues. There was dirty laundry on the floor as soon as you entered your building floor. Also you had to deposit amount separately for any damages you might incur and there was a whole list of damage rate list as you entered the room

I love the staff and the room very welcoming. The staffs are very approachable and polite. They respond on time and they bear smiles on their faces all the time. Feeling relaxed, secured and at home. I love this place.

Worst hotel i've ever booked. I couldn't sleep at all. You can ear anything going on in other rooms, from people talking, to watching movie, to the noise in the street. And the worse is when someone opens or close the door of a room, it makes so much noise that it will wake you up for sure. I've ended up leaving in the middle of the night and check in another hotel.

Location, comfy bed, staff were very helpfull. I almost missed my flight but thanks to the girl at front desk, who arranged a taxi and waited with me until taxi arrived. Will definately return again. If taking Grab or Bolt, tell the driver to drop on the main road (Silom) by Al Saray Lebanese restaurant, hotel is right behind the alley. Everything was great!

Same lane as G.O.D and Rush dance clubs, opposite Silom Center mall and in front of Sala Daeng BTS station The clubs are noisy till 3 AM
