We love this place as this was our 5th time to stay here. The staff is really kind and helpful with every request we made even from the past bookings we had with them. They even upgraded our room this time!

Gym weight equipment was lacking or outdated. Lots of Chinese tourists when I was there, but staff were exceptionally kind to me

It was a really nice experience staying at Siam @ Siam. The property is located in the center of Pattaya, and everything is nearby, which makes it very convenient and worth it. The staff were truly amazing, and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. Overall, it was a really great stay. I would definitely give it 10/10!

Large facility with large pool near airport. Rooms very spacious and bathrooms luxurious including shower and soaker tub. Breakfast buffet good. Can be a bit noisy with lots of tour bus activity. Beds not as comfy as hoped. Missing hand soap in bathroom never replaced as asked.

They are cheating by mentioning 5 star hotel. The hotel is below 4 star and most funniest part is they show a hotel and rooms will be in another hotel a different building the worst experience ever. No response from booking. com too..... So be careful when u book never pay money in advance they will cheat u

The walls are paper thin. The room next door person was watching TV at 4am and we could hear everything. Being jet lagged and not sleeping well at all after a long flight, also a person walked inside our room at 3am at night it was scary this woke us both up. The staff were not too concerned when reported. The breakfast stops early 10am so waking up before then was unrealistic. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for peaceful stay. Its for parties with big groups. We are grateful it was just one night we couldn't wait to leave.

Easy to find and park. The room had no working desk or chair, and it was very noisy, especially from Chinese guests.
