There was no dental kit. Toilet bowl was dirty. Cleaner should scrub the toilet bowl to remove hardened particles from urine and stool...

The staff were great people. I had two bookings with a 4 day break in between them I asked if I could have the same room if available, it was, they did. The manager allowed me to use the room after check out while waiting for the taxi to the airport. Short walk to Major Cineplex Ratchayotin and BTS train station and 7/11 shop. Not that I didn't like it, but only one person who attended the front desk was good at English; but when in doubt use google translate; their English is still better than my Thai.

They don't have breakfast anymore but the 'pantry' is open to make your own, remember to clean up after yourself. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

not so far from BTS, the room is huge and clean. understood that the apartment has been established for long so you would feel this place a little bit old.

Pantry is pretty good for guest and convenience for needs. Breakfast is no provided when I stayed that day. Only coffee and tea is available in front of the main entrance door. Timing of the pantry. Television is out of date.

good location Not appreciated There are 2 staff at reception I’ve arrived at 1.34 pm. They told me check in time is 2 pm.,i understood but no one told me “could you please waiting for the room or invited me to wait inside” i just came by myself at reception area Until 2 pm I has contacted with receptionist and the guy told waiting for a second my point is 1. The security just sit at in the box , no help the guest at parking lot 2.Staff not smiley (especially the woman who work as reception) 3. No one told us where we should go to the room just point the hand to somewhere 4. when were back from outside at midnight, the security slept and do not open the gate till we open by ourself

When I arrived at this hotel, not a single employee could speak at least one word of English. Then, after having paid the whole reservation of 26 nights I discovered a very dirty room (u will notice on the pictures) and discovered as well that I was not the only host of my bedroom (cockroaches see pictures). I have been obliged to quit this hotel after only two days. The direction of the hotel confirmed me by mail that they would reimburse the remaining nights. Two months later after the worst experience of my life, I am still waiting this reimbursements despite all my actions with the hotel directly and with the "Booking" cust service that so far provided me NO VALUABLE HELP.

Nice place. Close to airport. Two minute walk to light rail station and 20 minutes by rail to Siam Square. Big spacious apartment with self catering
