    Value for money

Pleasant little hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Cafe downstairs is also good. There was some building work going on, but that's to be expected in a busy city.

The property is very clean and right next to the Nanglinchee Shopping Center and local market (hours of operation might depend on the day). The restaurant food is tasty and the pool and gym are well-maintained. We brought our dog and paid the additional fee to have him there, they brought him a bed and some snack for him with food/water bowl and a pee pad. The staff were nice to us in our brief interactions with them and were always polite when asking them any questions. The TV is only android compatible with cable television, so we could not watch any movies. Since we have iphones we could not connect our phones to the tv. We had our own vehicle, but without a vehicle there is no nearby public MRT or BTS so you will need to take a taxi. The roof is very plain and boring and under-utilized. There is no designated pet zone which would be nice since the hotel is pet-friendly, or maybe a nice little pop-up bar or lights or some other type of decorations to make it more appealing. The roof has a lot of space that could be put to better use.

Big size room with very large bed. Good shower pressure. Free bottled water. Room was quiet with good black out curtains. Check in staff was very friendly. Breakfast is ordered from a menu which was fine for us. Coffee was good. Supermarket is a very short walk away and lots of great restaurants around. Easy to find for Grab ride. Nothing to complain. This is not smack in the city (20 min drive if not traffic) but it served our purpose.

I booked this hotel for 1 night in BKK due to the high score and good reviews. I enjoyed my stay here I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in BKK. The room is big, clean and everything is new and highly maintained! And the best part is the price, it's really cheap for this kind of room. The stuff were wonderful and very helpful especially: Bank, Jay and Oat. They helped me with everything I needed :-) The only thing that bothered me was the size of the bed (too small for tall or big people), and the shower current that was too low for me. But the shower is big and very comfortable And it's a pet friendly place the bed (too small for tall or big people), and the shower current that was too low for me.

The bathroom was a spacious and luxurious room of its own. The bed was much more comfortable than most hotel beds. The staff was so warm, welcoming and helpful that we didn't want to leave. Not many restaurants within walking distance. The towels felt like an afterthought, considering how abundantly luxurious everything else was.

I was dumb enough to book this hotel while in a hurry. I had to find a place to stay for two days, before being able to move into an long rent apartment in the same area as this hotel. I arrived at 4am after a long flight and asked for a quiet room. They then decided to give me the room right under the children's playground! Really a brilliant decision! So around 8am I woke up because of loud noises coming through the ceiling. I have no idea what could be a worse badge of amateurism and poor customer service than this. Also, the bedsheet was not clean. There was some slimy substance on the sheet that had been absorbed into the sheet (See picture). I really do NOT even WANT to know what that is! Apparently, they seem to think that despite of this slimy substance, the bedsheet is still good enough to present to customers like this. After being woken up by noise from the children's playground, I went to the reception to ask if I could check out after this first night and then get the second night refunded. It was well before checkout time, so I thought it was a good solution and a good compromise, but this somehow wasn't possible, according to the reception. I wouldn't know why not, but this very reasonable suggestion really wasn't on the table. Instead, they then decided to "upgrade" me to a room where you could hear the neighbors through the very thin walls, with a lot of dust under the bed (see picture) and where the curtain in front of the bathroom had a strange brown stain on it (see picture). You really can't make this up. I have no idea what these people even think they are doing... How difficult can it be to NOT reuse a dirty sheet or to NOT give someone who arrives at 4am and is so tired that he can barely talk, a noisy room right under a children's playground when specifically asking for a quiet room? This doesn't meet any standard. Seriously, I have no idea what "4 Stars" and all of these good online reviews are even based on these days or where they come from. To correct some things people say in the reviews about this hotel. No, the room is NOT soundproof. Anyone who wrote that down here got lucky and didn't have neighbors during duration of their stay. Yes, the walls are thin and yes, you can also hear noise from the neighbors if you have them. Whenever someone on the same floor closes his door, the entire room shakes a bit, so no it is not quiet. The walls are made of thin, low-cost material, exactly the same as any cheap 1-Star hotel. If someone talks in the hallway, you can hear it from your bed. People should be more honest when giving these reviews and learn to think for themselves. Yes, you can even take your dirty dog inside of the hotel (something which a decent place would never tolerate), and as you enter the hotel with your arms and legs filled with tattoos which scream "lowclass!!" like nothing else, you even get treated like some kind of important celebrity by the security guards, which is the type of treatment that you will never get in your own country. But that doesn't mean that out of gratitude you should should type down that this hotel is more soundproof or more clean than a cheap 1-star hotel, because simply is not the case.

We re booked for the second time following our first few days staying here in Bangkok the week before. It’s very well presented and both the rooms we had were excellent. We took advantage of the pool - a little chilly- and enjoyed the set menu breakfast included in the room rate or for 350bt. Located about 30/45 mins from airport traffic dependant and a Bolt cab to most main attractions was 250bt and 10 mins away. There are local shops and restaurants to walk to within 100 meters. Excellent helpful staff. Nothing to really mention.

This hotel has been one of the best we’ve ever stayed at! It is even better than it looks in the pictures! The room was super nice and clean and it had everything we needed. It was very spacious with a big bed, big shower, and big bathroom. The staff are all super nice and helpful. If ever we’re in Bangkok again we’d gladly book another stay at this excellent hotel. We loved it! No complaints!

Clean and good design like rooms and efficient design

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

It was tucked away from a busy street and relatively quiet. Walking in sewage when the road flooded during the rainy season. The sewage stench was pervasive on the property.

N/A :) Just wish BKK traffic was better :(
