I love the breakfast at the property. I love the shuttle services. I didn’t like that the hot tubs want accessible to any room you get.

Pool and quiet

This place has the most amazing staff! Super helpful, super polite. I loved every second of my stay! Shuttle to the On Nut station every hour. The beds were soft, but not too soft. Best bed i slept in during my stay. Location had a lot of places to eat nearby. English speaking staff! Not just a little English but near fluent native level! Quiet rooms! AC was great! I didnt go in the pool, but I assume it was great because a lot of people used it. Just the best stay ever! Thank you to all the staff! Nothing, it was fantastic!

The employees were so kind. The property was easy to find. Clean rooms, everything was perfect about this stay. They really did care about their guests. Nothing. Everything was great.

The staff were friendly and cheerful. There is a shuttle bus service to BTS. Highly recommend.

They gave out nice token amenities like snacks in the lobby, a stuffed mini elephant when you leave, a coffee corner on every floor, etc. They don’t let you know in advance that there’s a deposit required to get your room key. Other hotels told me in advance but they didn’t. There’s only one hook for one towel in the bathroom which is inconvenient. There’s no fan in the bathroom either and the door is exposed on the bottom so everything from the bathroom will waft into the main room. Something to keep in mind when sharing the room with another person. If you need any staff assistance with anything during your stay, if it can wait, always work with the day shift staff. The woman who works the night shift here is literally so bad at her job that it made my stay incredibly frustrating. She seriously needs hotel training.

Staff are very friendly There were ants, no rooftop as advertised, and construction that no one told us about. Also this room is for 1 person the design was flawed the bathroom has no privacy

The television in the room had some issues with the coloring. It may be old and need replacing. It was very dark and hard to view the picture.

Breakfest was a small buffet style. It looks nice but it comes for a fee that is not worth it. The small buffet isn't worth the price and as its a space limited area, should just be ala carte.

The staff are very warm and friendly. They try to make the stay comfortable and rewarding. I also like that the pool was right outside the window. The shuttle to the nearest station was also great since the hotel in nestled in a very peaceful and quiet area The sink and the shower took a bit a time for the water to run through the drain but after speaking to the staff they remedied the situation.

Very nice staff. There are 3 bedrooms with living room which suit for big family. The bathroom wall and door very thin that cannot protect noise. When someone use the bathroom another person cannot sleep.

I loved the Villa and the staff was magnificent shout out to Benz Ney Rung and Gia very helpful and the shutter staff The downside for me was the tiny room and the small space provided for the bedroom so impersonal for my daughter and I had no privacy whatsoever… camera tricks are amazing

Make you give a 1000 baht deposit on check in. We didn’t have it. The neighborhood is not the interesting away from everything

Ambiance was relaxing It was loud around pool villa and early morning loud If your planning on a good night sleep it wasn't as good as it could have been But there was construction across the way of hotel as well so it could have been that.

It’s small enough to get that one on one feeling when working with the staff. From check in to check out they always went above and beyond with every request. Nothing negative say about location.

Everything is top notch: the standard, the service, the delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended.
