We really liked the overall style and atmosphere of the hotel. The swimming pool, riverside walkway, restaurants, and overall design created a very relaxing and cozy experience. The water therapy area was amazing! It had the biggest jacuzzi I’ve ever been in. Just keep in mind that it requires advance booking. We also needed a nanny during our stay, and the hotel was able to arrange one for our children. The fee depends on the number of children. Overall, the hotel has a warm, peaceful, and comfortable feeling. were a few things that could be improved. Some of the staff, especially a few of the female employees, came across as unfriendly and a bit arrogant. At times they ignored us when we asked for assistance, which was surprising because Thai people are usually known for being very kind and welcoming. The rooms also looked much larger in the photos than they actually are. Breakfast was disappointing. There were very few halal options, and most of the food was Thai. We ended up eating omelets every morning because that was almost the only thing we could eat. The breakfast restaurant staff also need more training in professionalism and English communication, as it was quite difficult to communicate with them. Since the hotel is located on the river, it can get quite noisy at night. Boats pass by playing loud music, which disturbed our children and affected their sleep.

Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff all over the property were kind, helpful, and informative. The private water taxi was a nice perk. Enjoyed the aqua spa, the jacuzzi was a nice surprise. It is worth adding the breakfast to your stay - you can eat at the restaurant, take it to go, or have it delivered to your room. They serve the buffet until 11am. A good variety to choose from. I had an opportunity to enjoy the cigar bar, the rooftop has an amazing view of the river. You must wear your bug spray. That building B’s elevator did not have air conditioning.

- 직원분들이 친절하긴 한데, 융통성 없는분도 계셔서 요구사항에 대해서 다른 직원한테 가면 해주는 경우가 있었습니다 - 위치가.. 너무 안좋았어요 지하철역이 도보 30분이라 호텔에서 운영하는 보트를 타야 했는데 직원분 번역이 잘못된건지 피곤해서 운영 그만할거라고 하는 경우도 있었구요 보트 배차 간격이 너무 길어요 30-40분씩 기다리기도 했었네요

I went there at 2.40 pm and staff told me I have to wait 1 hr to get the room. Unbelievable, and it seems like I got less value from what I paid as staff move me to lower floor and let me wait 30 mins to make the room. Bad first impression check in

A quaint boutique hotel located right next to the riverfront. Gorgeous aesthetics and a wide spread of eateries available on site. There is a large Karmakamet store within the hotel selling home fragrances and diffusers, as well as a local chocolate brand which are great for souveniers. Close to Chinatown and other sightseeing areas that are located close to the river. Lovely breakfast. Eatery and drinks by the poolside cafe were great. Not enough coverage for walking through the separated buildings which becomes a difficult factor when it rained heavily.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Bangkok unforgettable. The swimming pool was beautiful and very relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We also enjoyed trying a variety of food and desserts at the hotel, all of which were reasonably priced and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even recommended taxi options that were more affordable than Grab or Bolt, which was very useful. One of the highlights was the complimentary river shuttle service, which made it easy to visit popular spots like Iconsiam and Asiatique without any hassle. Hotels and bars inside the hotel would close too early which i felt is a downside. Also the pool closes at 8 pm which i felt bad.

The hotel exceeds our expectation. Staff were super friendly and attention to details; breakfast had a lot of variety; facilities were good. Location wise, it was located near the river side, although sometimes it might have traffic jam nearby, it was the center of everything. The swimming pool looked exactly like the photos, and very iconic. It gave a relaxing and chill vibes. The bed was very comfy to sleep in and the pillows height were perfect. We had a great time staying with you. There was only one lift reaching the hotel floors/ rooms, sometimes it takes quite sometime for waiting and to queue. Also, some sticky dirt like glue was found on the bedroom table in front of the mirror, it was not cleaned properly.

Clean, housekeeping was perfect. Location is good. The breakfast and restaurant meals were not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. The food was quite ordinary and lacked the quality I had anticipated. The room service club sandwich was particularly disappointing. To their credit, the reception team apologized and kindly removed the charge from our bill.

Central location riverside, complimentary shuttle boat to ICONSiam, 10 minute walk to Asiatique where we boarded our dinner cruise. Personal attention at check in. Also the hotel serves breakfast until 11am which made for a more relaxing morning. It was all good.

Excellent hospitality and gorgeous aesthetics! One of the best Riverside hotels in the country! The rooms are spacious, cosy and have excellent amenities. The staff are warm and attentive. The swimming pool area with the surrounding restaurants are a great place to unwind. I am already planning to come back to explore the many amenities I didn't get to try like the S Bangkok and HARNN spa.
