A really pleasant stay

We were placed in a separate building, which meant having to cross the street every time we wanted to access the main lobby and hotel facilities. The breakfast was also quite disappointing, with many items already finished by the time we arrived and not replenished promptly

The rooms were great, spacious and so clean ! The commection rooms were better than the other accommodation we have stayed at. The staff were incredible! Super hospitable. Probably the best part were the big beautiful rooms and the staff. Mini bar was expensive, location wasnt too good for strollers incase families wanted to walk.

Everything is excellent from my point view stuff,management and food as well -Some front desk need to be more welcoming and smile to give positive picture of the hotel -security assistance should be focusing in hotel reputation more than any thing else Summary Of course, what I don't like doesn't represent a major issue; it's a minor thing and doesn't detract from the overall beauty of the hotel.

The hotel is to small and old the area is to bad and far for every thing the breakfast is crowded and not delicious the food have bad smell and strange taste الفندق ضيق جداً وقديم ومجدد والمصعد ضيق والمنطقة جداً سيئة وبعيدة عن كل شي الغرف تجيب التكاك الفطور الله يديم النعمة زحمة ولايوجد خيارات كثيرة وفية نكهة وريحة جداً سيئة خصوصاً البيض مستحيل ارجع له

يوجد موظف عربي يعمل في المطعم اخلاقه عالية بالإضافة ان اغلب العاملين محترفين و ودودين جدا. تجهيزات الغرف و دورة المياة حديثة. يوجد القليل من الازعاج من الفندق و الكافيهات في الشارع المقابل.

Location, very courteous and smiling and helpful staff. There were mosquitos in the gym area and the AC was cooling enough in the gym.

I can't say enough good things about Valia Hotel Bangkok! It was clean and very comfortable. I aprpeciated the big bathroom and room. My room had a beautiful city view! The staff went above and beyond in many ways. They ensured my entire group of 20 could s tay in the same room. One of my students celebrated a birthday while we were staying at Valia Hotel Bangkok. While we were out for the day, the hotel staff left a slice of birthday cake, note and small birthday decortaions in this student's room. I was incredibly touched by this!
