Everything! The staff and location!

The location, the rooms, and the staff were all excellent.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom is nice and clean ( plus theres a bidet, which is a must for us!) the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The buggy service is very nice! They’re friendly and accomodating Not a big deal but the location is a bit far from stations ( bus, bts) however theres the buggy to compensate so the walk is just down to 5-7 mins

The free break fast and dinner. The staffs are accommodating. The property itself is very clean and neat.The buggy was very good and excellent. And the free pictorial with thai costume is astonishing. 101% if given me a chance to back in thailand i would choose the Vince Hotel. And i will highly recommend to my friends, relatives or to anytime who planning to go in Thailand. My family love ur free apple juice and popcorn 24/7. The hotel is very near to shopping malls, massage spa. Tofu, 100bath, restaurant, 7-Eleven, pratunam night market and everything. Hoping the Vince Hotel offer us to stay free in the future. ? We are staying in room 2301 and we noticed the water heater is not working. And also the TV there is no Youtube, Netflix , etc. only have local and other channels. We hope the managements upgrade the TV selections same the other room in 2302 the family room. And also in the breakfast there is no bacon. Hehehe. Aside that everything is very good.

Location and breakfast has a lot of variety. Dinner is worst. Starts at 9pm until 11pm. It made us wait for 30mins or more. After long wait there’s no food left..didn’t even do a refilling! The dining place is very small. They should remove Dinner to their options, as if we paid for nothing! Literally almost no food left from 10pm onwards. Waste of money!

The hotel is great. The hotel room was nice , clean and comfortable. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. It is near to a BTS station and ARL station, near to shopping malls, a few minutes walk to Pratunam market. Pool area is nice specially at night. The food in the breakfast and dinner buffet is nice. They also have a free buggy service to bring you to some drop off locations that will bring you closer to the place you want to go. They also have a free use of Thai tradional dress and a free photoshoot! It was exceptional, we really enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks to Som and Nam! None

The buggy wasn't able to take you and your luggage to the ARL. Its a long walk.

I like everything. I like the free breakfast and supper, most especially the unlimited popcorn and juice (which you can get and eat it anytime). The staff are friendly. I also would like to commend the free buggy service (drop-off and pick-up anytime) in some nearby shopping center or tourist spots.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Good location, clean hotel, great breakfast and dinner buffet, nice pool area.
