Conveniently located at the DMK airport. Clean. The TV wasn’t set up for YouTube viewing. I could not control the thermostat and it was very cold in the room.

the room lighting is too dim, there’s only 1 ceiling light and 1 bedside light.

Location Is perfect for what it is intended to be for - a stop between flight or for very early or very late flights.

Our second stay here wasn’t as enjoyable as the first. Though convenience is the selling point…you don’t leave the terminal building…the noise from other guests between 11:30 pm and 12 am was disturbing. There is no refuge from the echoing voices in the hallway, nor from the doors opening and closing in rooms on either side of us. Walls are paper-thin, and light can be seen around the perimeter of the door to the hallway from the inside. The rooms are dimly lit, even with all lights blazing, especially over the bathroom sink and mirror.

The convenience of staying at the Sleep Box was great. I didn't have to leave the airport at all. It was easy to find and close to the departure area for my early flight the next morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well maintained. The unit looked exactly as pictured on the site. The air conditioning is part of the airport air conditioning system and it is not possible to change the temperature. This made the room a bit cold. The staff was very forthcoming with this information before I was shown to the room and they offered solutions and alternatives. I just put on my winter clothes and covered my ears with my sleep mask. It was fine for the couple of hours I slept there.

nice location for resting for those who need to transfer flights at DMK airport. food court and convenient stores are available near the spot. reception desk is impatient on solving customer’s problem. hairdryer wasn’t seen at the room, but it was provided only by request. showering temperature is remain cold and air conditioning is too strong/cold and not adjustable.

It was clean and perfect for what I needed as did not have to worry about taxis or shuttles - just walk out door and downstairs yo check in! Only downfall was that air-conditioning was SOOO COLD - that even wearing a jumper to bed did not warm me up.

Easy and time saving, the bed was comfortable. The place was quiet, which was lucky because the sounds from the corridor could easily be heard in the room

Sound insulation is bad. You can hear neighbors. You can here what i asssumed were rodents scurrying inside the walls.

The staff manner and cleanliness of hotel are perfect. Easy to check in for early flight at DMK. On that day, the price was very competitive to another hotel near the airport. Sadly, the hotel has its own promotion on that day (Should check the hotel before booking via any app) The room is small just like you sleep in container. The air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature. I can smell the food smell thru the AC. There are not many facilities inside the room. There are bed, lamp, 2 lights(1 in bedroom & 1 in toilet), TV, small table next to bed. There are 2 free bottles of water provided. The bed was so so compared to the hotel with the same price.
