The hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff is very helpful and assists with luggage if needed — just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with a lot of bags.

Balcony was very dirty, dirty floor, chairs, table, cushions. In describe it says soundproof, but that's not true in most possible way. You can hear every car and bike outside. And that was a big problem since a two-level multi-lane road runs from the balcony side. So if you want to relax on this balcony you will be on 1 level with a road. Also building has no elevator and I was living on 4th floor and had 20kg suitcase. It was a nice training especially without air conditioning in hallways.

Staff was great. Location was perfect. Close to the malls and public transportation. Unlimited bottled water was exceptional. Too much floral fragrant air freshener when we checked into the room. No elevator. Only one room key for two guests.

Clean & and valuable No elevator need to take the stairs to 4F, if u have big luggage, this is not ur choose.

Love the staff. The room is prepared very well - squeaky clean. Free bottled water and snacks. The location is very convenient too - close to MRT and bus station.

New hotel. Nice, comfortable room and bed, excellent service, extremely polite and frendly staff. Location is one of the best in Bangkok for my opinion - center of the city, close both to BTS and MRT so you can reach any city location easily. Free snaks and drinks at the lobby floor. You can hear the city traffic at night, but it is not to loud and easy to get ok with it. I think this amost can't be avoided when living in the city center.

If you shoot film it’s also close (10-15 minute walk) to two film labs that sell and develop 35mm ? The owners and staff are so friendly. Making it easy to get help or ask questions. I had a very early flight and they were kind enough to book a Grab taxi for me.
