Beautiful room with wonderful view of the city. Phenomenal, friendly service from everyone in the building. Amazing rooftop pool with 360 view of central Bangkok. Centrally located, with lots of accessibility to Sukhumvit, Thong Lor, as well as both Skytrain and Metro access. Very few complaints. Note that it's a bit of a walk to the Skytrain or Metro, and that sidewalks in the neighborhood can be spotty.

This is great value for money. The rooms are huge with amazing view of BKK skyline. We loved it. The staff is extremely friendly and takes care of everything. If something is not right they fix it right away. We enjoyed the pool even though the top floor pool was closed due to earthquake building work. The best thing is that you x an have breakfast until 5pm. This is amazing as you want to sleep in when on vacations and not be stressed about missing breakfast. Would always go back! All great

I travel the world and stay in the top tier hotels. This is a wonderful hotel, with absolutely phenomenal service. The staff are amazing. The rooftop pool for the suites is amazing in the day and at night. “Breakfast” is served until 5 pm and they made custom food for me everyday. Top tier experience and great hotel. Highly recommend. The ONLY thing about this hotel is it takes about 8-10 minutes by cab or shuttle or grab to get to the main road. So, the location is great but the traffic specifically on that road does cost a little time when leaving or returning,

The mattress was legit amazing. The view over bangkock sitting in the bath. The brekfast was phenomenal. We absolutely could not fault anything here. The bangkock heat. But this has nothing to do with the property.

This hotel is a must stay when coming to Bangkok. From the moment we arrived we had a true 5 star experience; with friendly welcoming staff and concierge. Our room was absolutely out of this world; with an amazing view over Bangkok from a high floor. The decor of the room was outstanding and the room was so modern and fresh feeling. The bathroom was absolutely stunning and had the nicest most luxurious feeling bath. We loved the amenities at the property such as the 24/7 rooftop pool which gave you a pretty exceptional view when swimming and relaxing after a busy day in Bangkok. The rooftop bar was also outstanding. It was also situated in an amazing location with major shopping centres and BTS station just a short 10 minute walk away. We were sorry we only had 1 night here and it will be definitely top of o ur list should we return to Bangkok There is nothing we didn’t like.

This was our second stay at 137 Pillars Hotel, and for good reason! Visiting Bangkok again, we didn’t think twice about returning to this great property. The room was absolutely spacious, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the staff were always polite, friendly, and attentive, making us feel well cared for during our stay. One of the highlights was the upper pool, which is exclusively accessible 24/7 to suite guests. The view from there is simply surreal—a breathtaking experience! Another standout feature is the "guest room" available for customers to shower or rest after check-out, which is an incredibly thoughtful and convenient touch, especially for late flights. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide variety of cuisines. The BTS station is just a 15-minute walk away, which we found very convenient for exploring the city. There are a couple of areas where improvements could elevate the experience even further. Some of the furniture and carpets seemed a bit outdated and not as clean as one would expect from a property of this caliber. As carpets are notoriously difficult to keep clean and tend to trap dirt, I would suggest considering their removal or upgrading them to maintain a fresher look and feel. Additionally, the small jacuzzi pools on the last floor appeared to have been neglected in terms of cleanliness. For a hotel at this price point, attention to these details would make it even more exceptional.
