10 minutes walk from Hua Lamphong station (MRT, trains, ferry, buses) and Chinatown. Good streetfood Restaurant in front of the hotel. Possibility to Keep our luggage after check out at the reception.. Nice breakfast with the view at the church. Room is exactly like in the photos The bed was creaky with every movement

My GF and I stayed here last year and the only reason we stayed again was because we were familiar with the property and it has a great location. Ironically, we were put into the same room we stayed in the previous year. I can tell you that we will NOT be back. When we arrived,even though the hotel was not full they made us wait until 3 to check in. Then when we’re finally allowed to check in we found that the so we had to carry 2 heavy suitcases and 2 backpacks up four flights of stairs. Then when we entered the room, we found that the tv was not working. The tv was not a big issue but still an inconvenience. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even if you have to pay more at another hotel in Chinatown, I believe you get what you pay for.

Location The receptionist did not want me to pay by card and seemed annoyed at me for asking. After paying, she just gave us the keys and didn't explain anything. After leaving our luggage we went to reception and she was gone. We had no wifi nor the details for breakfast. Bed sheets were ok except for the pillow cases which smelled dirty. We had to take them out and use clothes to cover them to sleep. Bath towels had holes and rips in them. We didn't see any receptionist between check in and check out so we couldn't speak to anyone in charge there. Our room was not cleaned nor made up any of the days we spent there. We booked it with breakfast included but couldn't have breakfast any of the days because the cafe was always empty. We had no wifi. The wardrobe felt like it was going to break by touching it. Furniture looked fragile in general and they made sure to tell you if you broke something you pay for it. We were worried they were going to charge us for breaking the towels as they were already ripped... Very disappointed.

Great for Chinatown

Shurly I liked the position, near to train station and metro... the room can be really lovable, but when I arrived the bathroom was very dirty with evidence of previous gest in the sink and in the water closed.... And breakfast? What about breakfast? Easy.... no breakfast, the lady at check-in told me " tomorrow breakfast from 8.30...", but nothing, no one in reception, I wrote to the hotel via Booking... nothing ? but the place where she told me for breakfast terribly durty!! Really a pity because could be a very nice place...

1. When we check in the front desk lady told me that I just booked a regular room that is no window and ask me if I want to upgrade to the room with windows for 450 baht . So I did. And that was the first and last time i saw that frontdesk girl. 2. When we got to the room the toilet seat was broken. The back of the TV remote cover was missing. NO. WATER I COULDN'T CALL ANYONE BECAUSE THERE'S NO PHONE IN THE ROOM 3. Everyday I requested the room cleaning but no one came. My room never get cleaned for the 3 days that i stayed. Lastly, the building is next to a steel supplier so expect noise early in the morning and late at night.

The stuff was nice. The location is very comfortable to explore Chinatown by foot or to get to the central locations. The pillows smelled of sweat. The towels were clean, but with stains. When you enter a lobby, you face dirty towels on the floor that no one cleaned for entire 2 days of my stay. It's also messy in the lobby. On the beautiful table, you see some detergents, clean towels, bottles of water, some teas etc. The carpet on the floor was dirty, it wasn't vacuumed either. Since the reception is not 24/7 you have to use phone/WhatsApp/Booking.com. It was hard to communicate, no one answers on the booking.com. It felt like a ghost hotel, to be honest. Probably it was a great place with some style, but right not its abandoned.

The design and style of decoration and staff at the reception very friendly. On the first day arrived , I found dirty towels, a blanket, and sand on the bed. However, after informing the staff, they promptly brought two clean towels. Every day housekeeping will drop two bottles of water and tissue in front of your room. There is noise from nearby rooms and the floor above. If you’re not on the top floor, you’ll hear every step and the sounds of cleaning activities.”

location. The cost was cheap but expected basic facilities but didnt get that (ie coffee and tea after a full day of travelling) very old, plastic hose on toilet tap broke so could not stop the bathroom being flooded with water, toilet cistern didnt fill up so couldnt flush toilet so our faeces floating around in the toilet all night. No coffee or tea or jug.

location in the city centre there was a terrible smell in the room. matress on the bed was packed in a plastic bag. general impression of the room was really bad. we decised to leave at once but due to late check in there was nobody to talk to. we booked it for 2 night and we asked for refund (at least one day). no response from the hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Personality and location are amazing The lock for leaving the room but O guess it gives personality

2. 我住的房間不知道是不是備用房 霉味味很重 蓮蓬頭水都亂噴 設施損壞都沒有維護 讓人住了很不舒服 3. 清潔人員不會每天打掃 也沒有牌子可以掛 讓工作人員知道要打掃 就算打掃也只會倒垃圾 4. 頂樓的咖啡廳原本是吸引人入住的熱點 但是現在也關閉了 5. 地理位置交通方便 但是建議要更用心的維護入住環境 不然客人會越來越少
