The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The beds were very hard and the walls were thin and also the shower kept getting stopped up and over flowing.

Close to the main road, good staff very friendly. They are nice, nothing to complain about. The other guests didn’t have the common sense to walk or close the doors quietly.

It was everything you expectant to be. We were able to have a early check in and a late check out to our needs. The matrasses are pretty firm

Staff were available and able to help fix many problems I ran into. The walls are a little thin. I was able to hear my next door neighbor talking on his phone.

Great location, nice staff, everything very clean The bathroom was really small, the room had very little storage space, and the shower didn't really have hot water

The staff was very helpful and kind. Shoutout to fang for being the best ? Nothing much, it doesn’t look like the pictures so maybe a slight touch up needed.

rooms are dark, as well as the other property spaces. forniture are not confortável, towels are old, and the hotel as a whole do not smell good

My family stays in this hotel 4 or 5 years in a row. We love the location. the staff, the rooms and the breakfast. Everything is perfect all the time.

Clean room, comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, courteous & helpful staff, reasonable room rate Internet connectivity sometimes intermittent, sometimes slow & lags. Bed pillow is thin, and only 1 piece per person, so your head is almost flat on the bed. I can't sleep that way, i like that my head is raised a little when i lie on the bed. Also the bidet hose is short, makes it difficult to spray/wash my private parts

The breakfast. You have it in the other hotel opposite the street. The staff is super weird and not nice at all. A cook is there to make you eggs of your choice. Actually he makes scrambled and omelette. I asked him fried eggs, sunny side with running yolk and they refuse doing it. Another lady came to tell me fried eggs are available in the buffet (Thai style cooked, they're as hard as a brick). I insisted and 2 other people joined, a manager was with them. All saying sorry but stubbornly refusing me those eggs. All in all the breakfast is not very nice
