Location is amazing. I have been staying at the Adelphi Suites for over twenty years, but after last week’s 3 night stay, will be my last. You would think two decades of loyal patronage would earn you a shred of recognition. Instead, the front desk treated me like a complete stranger walking in off the street for the first time. There is absolutely zero loyalty tracking, zero appreciation for returning guests, and zero hospitality. To make matters worse, they assigned me a room directly facing an active construction site—at the exact same level as the work being done. Every single morning, the drilling and hammering, starting promptly at 7:00 AM. It is completely unacceptable to sell a room like this to any guest, let alone a multi-decade regular. When I naturally tried to speak to the manager to get this sorted, I was met with total evasion. Every time I asked, the manager was mysteriously "unavailable."

Was there for the New Year celebrations and the hotel was in a great location with all the businesses on the street enjoying a festive atmosphere. The view from the pool is beautiful. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were warm and very friendly. The restaurant was convenient and had good food. No complaints.

As a solo traveller, Adelphi Suites Bangkok absolutely nailed it for me! ? The location is superb…couldn't have asked for better. The room itself was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Exactly what you need after a long day exploring Bangkok. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. Warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Special shoutout to the barista at the lobby coffee bar…brilliant service every single day! Now here's what really impressed me… Adelphi runs a brilliant eco-friendly initiative where guests can opt out of daily housekeeping in exchange for a complimentary drink at ADELFEE Coffee in the lobby. I redeemed my Americano every day throughout my stay…great coffee, zero guilt, and a feel-good way to help the environment. This kind of thoughtful, sustainable hospitality is rare and absolutely commendable. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located suite with staff who genuinely care and a hotel that thinks forward…Adelphi Suites Bangkok is the one. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back! ☕? Nil

Property location in cleanliness was great! We got a large corner suite which conveniently had a washing machine, large refrigerator, and other amenities within the room. A huge bathtub that we never utilized and great shower! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was mostly great. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much of a view because there was a lot of construction going on on our side of the building, but that’s out of their control. I wish makeup wipes or dark cloths were provided.. since I had to use one of the hand towels to wash my face, was charged for leaving some makeup on the hand towel at the end of the stay. Not that big of a deal but a little bit of a bummer.

Location, staff, value Room 702 was the smallest one bedroom suite I stayed in at this hotel. Both of a disappointment.

Location Was given extremely noisy room from street traffic and early morning construction. asked to switch rooms was told all the rooms are the same. Couldn’t get a minute of rest after a long flight Next day the manager switched me to a different room which was much better but I lost a day and night in Bangkok because of my initial experience .
