I have no concerns about this hotel. It's fabulous for the cost. I'll be staying there next trip to Bangkok.

The pool is small the gym has only 3 equipment

For the price, this is an excellent value. I'm hard pressed to cite something I didn't like.

Great location close to many attractions and businesses and malls. Also hotel has shuttle to nearest mass transit terminal. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was a little hard and water pressure was not great. WiFi was highly unreliable. Even after staff changed the router it was still intermittent. Need to change from copper Ethernet to fiber optic.

Good location, good sized rooms. Nice pool area with a great view. We were given 3 smoking rooms, 2 of which absolutely stank of stale smoke which was embedded into the furniture and even the tissues. Told the reception who said there were no other rooms available until the next day and sprayed the room which just masked the smell for a few minutes. Spent a horrible night of feeling sick especially suffering from asthma. Changed 2 of our rooms the next day, which weren’t cleaned properly, still had hair in the bath. No apologies given. Made stay more difficult as we were now on different floors to each other. The lift only allowed us to access the floors we were staying on which was inconvenient when staying with elderly parents. Barely any vegetarian options for breakfast. Staff were sometimes miserable. Got arsey when we asked for some water. Especially after the inconvenience we had and we even checked out a night early.

Really comfortable grand suite with sep bedroom lounge/kitchen & balcony with washing machine-loved this! Breakfast fresh & good quality, enjoyed poached eggs with normal tasting bread/toast with range of fruits,cereal,yoghurt & mostly asian hot dishes. cleaning staff,reception & breakfast staff were friendly,efficient & only to happy to help.liked close proximity to a 7-11 and reasonable walk to asok skytrain & sukhumvit metro ,especially if u cut through the exchange building (can avoid climbing stairs this way)-there is also a shuttle available but walking faster depending on traffic. Cheap food court in terminal 21 but also lots of differing restaurants short walks away Would stay here again as room cost ratio was a ‘bargain deal’ for us. Nothing-much better than i expected.

- The room had everything I needed, including being large and comfortable. - Good location near shops, bars, restaurants, and the Skytrain. - The staff were friendly and helpful. - Nothing really but the A/C seemed a little loud.

comfortable bed, with nice cotton sheets, very clean room, helpful and kind front desk and restaurant staff The AC was a little bit noisy. But since I sleep like a rock, it’s not a big deal, but for noise sensitive people it might be.
