Breakfast was good enough with attentive staff. The food could have been hotter Warmer food basic, comfortable, attentive staff (one even took my letters to mail), good WiFi.. Like much of Thailand, people don’t speak English however we got by with apps. I do wish one could tune into something on TV that is in English, like Netflix or something……

Very clean, amazing staff who were willing to help and answer any questions. It was really great that they were able to have someone come pick up and my laundry and return it the next day folded however I don’t think they separated the cycles as my whites came back dyed yellow from another article of clothing that I sent (I’m assuming)

It's close to good shopping areas and access to Me Kong Saen Sap, good parking under cover close and easy access to BKK airport and Ramkhamhaeng Hospital The elevator didn't work or was difficult to get to operate
