Pleasant staff. Really nice room with all the amenities. Cool 2nd floor lounge and place to eat. Also shuttle service to spots in the area was convenient. Not much, but our second stay room was much nicer than the first time we stayed.

There are a free transport service for the designated nearby location so it's very comfortable! Apartelle is the best choice so far.

This hotel is a total gem! The staff are amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. The lounge and dining area on the second floor is spacious and comfortable. There are free drinks and small snacks, a microwave, proper crockery and cutlery, so you can enjoy your takeout in comfort. It’s a perfect space to gather if you are traveling with family or friends. Great location for DMK and Mochit bus station, close to a large 7-11 and in a very quiet spot.

I absolutely loved my stay at Apartmentelle. From the moment I arrived, the space felt warm, cozy, and genuinely welcoming. The room was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and had a calm, comforting energy that made it easy to settle in and relax. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated that the TV was positioned directly in front of the bed—perfect for unwinding in the morning or easing into the evening before rest. Having a refrigerator in the room was also a plus and made the stay feel more home-like. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a small microwave or induction burner so guests can warm up food, which would make the experience even better. I loved the little sitting area with treats and snacks—it was a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. Another favorite detail was being able to open the patio doors and step outside, listening to the life and movement of the neighborhood around me. It made the stay feel real, grounded, and connected rather than isolated. One of the standout features was the shuttle service. Being picked up and dropped off when heading out made everything feel easy and stress-free. And above all, the staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warmth made a big difference and elevated the entire experience. Overall, Apartmentelle felt like a place with heart. Comfortable, cozy, and well cared for. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it. Truly, the only thing I didn’t love—and it’s a small thing—was the lack of a way to warm food in the room. While I appreciated having a beautiful, cold refrigerator, it felt a bit incomplete without a microwave or small induction burner. Having to leave the room just to warm up food slightly disrupted an otherwise very grounding, comfortable experience. I would also suggest offering the snacks and treats—especially the pastries and cookies—on a 24-hour basis rather than just in the morning. Those thoughtful touches are part of what makes the place feel so special, and having access to them throughout the day and evening would elevate the experience even more. That said, this was genuinely the only drawback. I loved Apartmentelle so much that I wanted to return simply because of how calm, cozy, and settled it made me feel. One small upgrade would make an already wonderful stay feel damn near perfect.

The bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful. I was injured and on crutches, and she helped me up to my room and brought me food when it was delivered. Considering she was the only one on site, I appreciated her going above and beyond. Not the cleanest facility. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom when I stayed. My skin also reacted to the bed sheets- perhaps the detergent.

A perfect one night stopover aparthotel, we wanted quiet, comfy and affordable place to stay near DM Airport and it's exactly what we got.

Made a mistake while booking and got separate beds - no problem, they gave us a kingsize bed upon arrival. Snacks and coffee all day long. The shuttle bus is a nice service.
