The bed was fantastic, I slept better than ever before. The aircond was very effective and silent. The room was superclean and looked so new. The shower head must have been installed by midgets, for midgets. I'm 181 tall and my head was touching the shower head so had to crouch a bit. It should have been at least 50cm higher up, 181 is not even tall in EU.

You're not allowed to smoke on your balcony, which is BS is my opinion. The shower was either very hot or cold.

Private, quiet, great staff and facilities The rooms are a bit small but the storage, sofa and the bathroom made up for the size. Very well thought out.

Bad view, bed a bit too hard

Only have one key card, with 1000baht deposit. Getting down to get food upstairs had to bring the card and shut off all electric including in the middle of watching Netflis is a bit annoying. But ehy make up by calling them bringing my food upstairs.

Second time staying here. Lovely hotel, right next to Phrom Phong station (BTS) and malls. Lovely staff members who are professional, kind and accomodating. We will be back. Thank you.

The room was a bit small and I would rather have the tv in front of the bed not the couch that is too close.. everything else was really good

Great hotel for the value. Tucked away on a quiet street, close walk to trains. Central to both airports. Very clean and had a great little pool and facilities. Staff was available 24/7 and were very accommodating.

We were asked for a 1000 baht deposit when checking in, which I understood, but then asked for another 1000 baht in order to have a second card, which felt ridiculous. There were no issues getting back the deposit, but felt strange.

Excellent hotel- perfect location (5 minute walk on the Main Street for the BTS). Very, very clean. Polite and kind staff. Great stay. The bed pillows were a bit hard. Softer ones are needed to give guests a choice between hard and soft.
