Artino Hotel

Staff were very nice. Location was decent near Convent road. The bed, room, and space were nice. The water cannot be turned cool, this means you will only have hot water for the bidet and showers. This cannot be changed according to the staff, which is annoying. At one point, the key card system locked out itself where my key card, my spare key card, the housekeeper key card, and the receptionist key card all didn't work properly to open my door. The receptionist had to find the manual master key and pick the lock to get my door to open again. I also had to request testing this because I don't want to be locked out before I need to checkout. All this, I was in my speedos from the pool, not the ideal situation. The pool at the rooftop may be small, but it needs regular cleaning after discovering bird poop in the pool water. Lastly, the building management system allows lighting for the hallways to activate precisely at 18.00 daily, according to the staff they cannot change this even if the building went dark during the daytime rain and low lighting activity. This means, if you stay here, you will be going through the dark hallways unless there is decent sunlight that day. This is ridiculous cost-cutting for the property owner.

good for a short stay as it is in central area of Bangkok close to places to go to and metro is walking distance. the room was spacious and 7-11 and other food places are nearby the hotel says it had pool which it does but it was dirty- so do not count on it.

Location was very nice. The place was also very clean. The shower temperature is not working.

Good location in Silom. Close to main public transportation, restaurants, shopping. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Our room did have a window which we reserved but it was an indoor window which gave into the hallway and the lobby in the floor underneath. Whenever someone spoke very early in the morning or late at night, it woke us up. But not all rooms are like that.

Great location if you like more modern and international dining. Staff were nice. Pool area is not so good. No place to sit and the water was dirty. There were ants in my room. The WiFi stopped on my last night at the hotel. The restaurant was not open.

The staff were friendly and efficient. My room felt as though it was 'designed' by someone who never stays in hotels. I could hear everything that was said in the next room - the walls were paper thin. What furniture there was was mostly in the wrong place. Sit at the desk and you get hit if the door is opened. The floor ended up acting as storage space and the shower room light switch was behind the door. Very disappointing.

Good location and clean and modern building. We only stayed for one night due to an early flight, but it was clean and comfortable. We also managed to go for a quick swim on the rooftop. No issues. I was hoping we could check in 45 min earlier than the 2 pm check in time, but the room wasn’t ready. Totally understandable though - just a bit inconvenient.

The staff is nice We booked the room way in advance so we coudn't take the advantage of booking price.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The pool area was the best, but I didn’t even spend time there. So much city around!!

The location is prime, close to park Silom, bars and food The water was very hot, no cold option. The room is a bit dated but otherwise ok. They have a very archaic system to hold a deposit for the key card. It only gets refunded 7-14 days after you check out. Bed is a little lumpy, and the springs are rather old.

The shower was nice No breakfast available. Bed very small. Air-conditioner inefficient. Not very important, but no bathrobe as promised, which would have been nice because the room was very warm...

One can see the hotel has been there for a while and probably took some beating from its visitors. There is no real wardrobe or cabinet to unpack your luggage to. The biggest issue are the paper thin walls where you can hear almost everything from the next room.

The hotel is modern and very clean. Only 18 rooms so very quiet and calm. The location in the center of Silom is perfect. Our original room had mold in some areas of the shower that needs professional attention, but they compensated for that by upgrading us for the remainder of our stay to a very large room with a city view. No breakfast is offered and the rooftop pool is small. I've stayed here twice and will again very soon ?

Super clean, modern, spacious room. Whenever I requested more bottles of water, they would bring more at no charge. The mini fridge keeps them very cold. The tv is great, there are a few movie channels that show movies in English. The bed is super comfy. The shower is nice. Good pressure and plenty of hot water. They cleaned and brought fresh towels every day. The location is superb!
