Staff and receptionist were great. Friendly, professional and responsive. The pictures are accurate. The room is clean and everything works well. The location is amazing. I liked everything!

Shower was great. Good pressure, hot water and has wand, rainfall shower and body sprays. Shower beats a lot of 4 star hotels i have stayed in. Across the street from a Lawsons and coffee shop. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfy, soft especially compared to most Asian hotel beds. Hotel is in good shape. Value for price is terrific. I would go back. Looks a little rougher in person than in the pictures but do not let that stop you, this is a good hotel find. Internet was bad. Not counting the hotels vpn blocking (most hotels do) the wifi was slow at best. Room desk chair looks locally made which I can appreciate but it was uncomfortable to use. Little far from BTS so if you have a problem walking, this is too far away.

The location is very convenient and central, and at the same time very quiet.

Quiet location a little off the main thoroughfare of Sukhumvit. Friendly cats outside the premises, who were receptive to my affection and strokes. Sedating comfort found on the beds. Had to walk an indirect route to get to the QSNCC, where I was due for a conference. No public footpaths to join the main thoroughfare, even though it was adjacent to the road where the hotel was located.

Tv had the man utd game, on a day it was raining so much I didn't want to go outside. The room is spacious. People working there were all friendly. There was something weird with the mattress. Big enough bed for one person to move around a bit though. Location is not great being located in a soi relatively far from BTS and metro. It does have the usual 7-11 and street food options in the area though.

Room was small, basic - good for one person. Just a bit dark with the decor and with no views as my room wasn't high up.

The beds....still the best hotel beds ive had anywhere in Asia. Its a bit out of the way...caught between 2 MRT stations...15 min walk to either.

Affordable and value for money Their check in policy before check in time is exobirtant even when they have rooms around.

Nice location, 24 hour reception was helpful as I got in at 530am. The only issue I had with the hotel was that the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and only operates when you are in the apartment
