The location was excellent, and the employees were great people. Breakfast was also very good. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. The air conditioner blew right at the bed in my room.

This is a wonderful hidden gem. The space is beautifully designed, peaceful, and clean. The shared bathrooms are lovely and I didn’t see other people my whole stay. The service is great and the breakfast was delicious and hearty, with unlimited coffee! Felt cozy and at home. Was sad to leave and would stay again.

The location is very good if you can afford to Grab everywhere. It's in a quiet area itself (though the sound-proofing needs some work) so you'll have a very peaceful stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful as everyone is in Thailand - but learn your sawadeekrap and khopkhunkraps. If you're not the partying type at the cesspit that is khaosan road, I would ask the locals for their favourite food and restaurants and go there. The bed was really comfortable as was the pillows so you'll get a good night's sleep. The water pressure in the showers was strong. The air conditioning was very effective and didn't falter. The breakfast is decent but I would personally just go out and get something a bit more hearty and local. I wouldn't hesitate to book here if I was you. Just get it over with. You're welcome. If this is your first time, and you like to be where 'things are happening', then this is the place for you. However, it does require you to Grab everywhere once you've covered the immediate surroundings. Also note that the floors are wooden and the sound-proofing is not so good at all - that being said, I was lucky and hardly anybody had booked rooms while I was there. I would recommend you ask for a room on their second floor. Also, it's far away enough from the main touristy areas that you will mostly get a peaceful stay. Also, it has shared bathrooms so you can expect it to be quite warm everywhere outside your room.

Absolutely adored this place! Our room was super cute, bed comfy with really good AC. The breakfast was 10/10. Very friendly staff and very close to all tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this place to friends. Laundry is also only 100 baht for a huge basket. Nothing

I absolutely loved my stay here! Breakfast was super tasty, the staff were so sweet and helpful, and the house had such a lovely vibe. The location was also great — calm and beautiful. Big thanks for everything! They even helped me arrange a taxi for my super early flight, and everything went perfectly. I loved everything.

The facility is very well located for visiting the central locations of the city. Attractions are within a 15-minute walk, which simplifies sightseeing. The facility itself is in the center, but also in a quiet area, so you can rest well during the night. Everything was very good and we have no complaints. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and discreet, and the cleanliness is beyond question. -

It got quite noisy (due to other guests being loud at night). Earplugs are a must in my opinion.
