Bed was soft and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location was great. Near the sky train and subway stations. I'm a quiet side street. The only negative thing is the shower had a recess all around the tub that got water stuck there every time you shower. Not a big deal.

The mattress was extremely firm, which might be a factor to consider for friends who are used to softer beds; however the pillows were soft and my husband and I are used to firm mattresses so we slept very comfortably.

I didn't like the window location and feelings of being inside a jail cell..

Location was easy walk to public transport. Quiet side street off the main Soi , uncrowned. Staff was lovely! Professional, kind and cheerful. Family run kind of place. I will return. ?? Room was a bit dark. Insufficient lighting. But in daylight with curtains open it was fine.

Super close to the train lines, cute cafes, massage parlors, and yet quiet at night. Staff are kind. You do have to leave your key when you venture for the day but honestly that’s so much easier to not have to keep track of it. Staff always there and remember you when you come back. It was a little difficult to find tucked down the alley but nothing complain about.

It’s very accessible. It is near BTS Asok & MRT Sukhumvit train lines. There is a 7eleven near the property too. Hotel wise, everything was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly too.

Good location (30 minutes to BKK, but not close to major night market....looking at 20-30 min by car or 1+hr to walk) comfortable bed friendly staff price....perhaps Bangkok is significantly different, but this was the 3rd most expensive hotel we've had in 9 weeks in SE Asia and it was nowhere near the 3rd nicest.
