- good sized room - nice views from the pool - had to ask for toilet roll, as none was provided - had to ask for soap - AC barely worked - no coffee, tea, biscuits or kettle provided in rooms - bad location, you have to pay a toll charge

Good hotel. Closer to the BKk airport. Comfortable spacious room. Check-in/ Check-out was smooth. Loved the welcome drink coffee voucher that was provided during the check in. Big SMART TV was an extraordinary thing. It would have been better if basic amenities, an electric kettle was provided for in room use along with few tea/coffee sachets. Had to come to lobby you take hot water. They didn't have an iron to iron my clothes. Great if hotel management would pay attention to this. If so they could make it a perfect hotel.

there was a brownout in our room that took quite some time to check. In the end the staff directed us to change rooms, handed a key and walked away without extending any assistance in moving rooms.

The pool was quite an experience on top of the hotel. Excellent views. People were friendly. The price was right!!:) Can’t say anything but positive experience.

The hotel itself is located close enough to where I needed to be in the city! The facilities were very good. Clean room, king size bed with rather good mattress. Sheets and linens changed daily. Soda, water, chips provided daily! Mostly just the breakfast. The one time I did eat breakfast there I ordered it in the downstairs area where I could order it and they brought it up to the room but there was a chemical taste and smell to it and so it completely turned me off of it!!!! Will not order the breakfast there. A microwave was not available in the room so I walked down with frozen meals and used the common microwave for breakfasts from that point onwards mostly. Seven Eleven is around the corner as are a few other restaurants so walking distance.

Staff were really pleasant, rooms were decently sized. Location-wise, you are a bit away from the city but we were coming to the end of our trip so this didn’t bother us

It is away from busy downtown missing some toiletry kits like tooth brush, paste, napkins, closing wardrobe and organized trays inside wardrobe. shaving kits. English tea bags.

Location is very difficult for taxi drivers to find. Need to have actual address and name fully in Thai on the booking information. This is a very industrial type design hotel. Beds hard and uncomfortable.

The staff is was very nice and so was breakfast, we had a problem with the room and they fixed it right away and we got a free upgrade which was very nice , good location if you want to go quick to airport

The staff were friendly and the room size was good. There was a sign up stating the pool would be closed from 19:00-21:00. This was closed until 15:00 the next day, very frustrating. Also, the photos on the website show sun lounger beds in the pool, these are no longer there so you cannot sunbathe!
