The room was tiny. An elevator was available, but its capacity was limited to ascending only. The beds were not particularly comfortable. The Wi-Fi connectivity was low. While the furniture was old, it was satisfactory. However, one of the beds in our room had a sharp wooden edge that caused a minor injury to my younger son. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was okay, as we were only there for a single night before departing for another city via train.

Close to Union mall with walking distance Noisy in during night time, you can hear surrounding sound from outside. Book because of finish concert at night and reasonable price

I liked that it was close to the bus station. The beds were uncomfortable but they served their purpose. Cable could have been better.

Dirty and disgusting facilities, the room was Dirty, especially the bathroom and the bed ,omg the bed was nasty and you could feel the springs in yr back so I simply slept on the floor

The name of residence are difficult to find in the map. As they indicated OYO but actually name is Grandview. The building also did not indicated any thing. The facility are not same as picture shown.

It is a very large apartment. Not easy to go BTS. You need LINE application to communicate of what you need.

Paid full room price in advance, but when I came all the way to Bangkok to check in, they said that there are no rooms available. Love to hear that on a New Years Eve when there is not a single avaliable room in the city, worst experience ever would not recommend. And yes, they will keep doing that because Booking customer service did not punish them for that in any way.
