During my stay at Grandview Place, which I booked through Booking.com for 5 nights from December 26 to 31, 2024, I faced several disappointing experiences. Despite arriving in Thailand at 4:00 a.m. on December 27, I had booked the room from December 26 night to ensure it would be ready upon arrival. However, when I reached the hotel at 5:00 a.m., there was no receptionist or staff present, and calls went unanswered. A notice instructed me to log in to the Line app and send my booking details, which I did, but no one arrived until 9:20 a.m. My 13-year-old son, my 75-year-old mother, and I were left waiting outside the hotel for over 4 hours, which was highly upsetting. When I was finally checked in, the room did not meet the advertised standards. It lacked basic amenities such as a TV, water heater, tea/coffee, toiletries like soap and shampoo, and even an iron. The staff, who could not communicate in English, informed me via a translator app that only the room and towels were provided. The room also had an ant infestation, and the cleanliness was very poor. Additionally, there was no housekeeping during my stay; dustbins were not emptied, and the room was not cleaned despite my requests. The staff stated that cleaning would only be done after checkout, which is unacceptable for a multi-night booking. This experience left my family and me extremely disappointed, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. I urge future guests to reconsider staying at Grandview Place unless significant improvements are made. I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of basic amenities and poor service at Grandview Place. There was no staff available during check-in, forcing my family and me to wait outside for over 4 hours. The room was not as advertised, lacking a TV, warm water, toiletries, and other essentials. Cleanliness was poor, with ants in the room, and there was no housekeeping throughout our stay. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing and far below expectations

A good location - though it's rather far from the city centre, it's close to BTS, shopping malls and Chatuchack park. Wi-fi is practically non-existent, I was given the password but after 2 days I was logged off and was never able to access it again. Howver, there is rarely someone at the reception desk, so I didn't bother to check that with them, plus mobile data was enough for our needs.

I went to the other hotel. It is very bad. I and other guests waited for so long but nobody at the hotel and finally, I went to another hotel at the midnight. I stayed there for five days. Add two bottles of water in the room.. never change the sheeting. Never got new towels. Didn’t check on room didn’t empty garbage..  Was close to Ladprao. central

Location is great. No fridge. Very inconvenient. No glass. Too few parking lot.

Nothing We arrived at 9:30 pm from the airport. The guy at the reception says that there are no available rooms - despite the booking. We spent a lot of money on a taxi, and the object didn't even notify us in advance about the lack of numbers! We almost stayed on the street because of this object - because the check-in is usually before 10 pm! They haven't cancelled the booking yet! They pointed out that we have outlived here!
