The location the platform mentioned is not right. This hotel is not in siam area. I would like to cancel and refund but the process took so long.

I especially have to mention the housekeeping team of 3rd floor who are every so polite. The dining staff are great as well. They also keep some halal item on the menu for muslim visitors . Perhaps by design, the place focuses on the comfort of the hospital visitors, but as attendees, I did not have many amenities to avail . Roof or garden wasn't open, and there wasn't any pool either. So, I really had nothing to do to wind down after a day of hectic hospital runs.

The location was convenient, very close to Bangkok Hospital. They also have a buggy device to take us to the hospital which made it easier. The service was good especially the clean staff who were excellent as well as the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were not always great, they were not always welcoming or accommodating which affected our experience. Hopefully they will improve as the front desk is the first and last impression of staying at a hotel.

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations: salad bar, yogurt with toppings, hot food bar (eggs, toast, omlette, rotating asian food, coffee machines, juices, congee with toppings). Bed was firm as requested, goose down covers and pillows (firm and soft as labelled), black out curtains, good size room, fast wifi). AC / temperature control in the common areas (outside the ground floor). Location to the main areas, the proximity to the hospital campus was great (1 min walk), there's a shuttle that stops to areas like Topps or Rama 9, but you need to find your own way back and needs to be scheduled an hour ahead of time (bc it's coordinated with a third party).

It was very clean. The breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. I wish there were a 24 hour restaurant service.

The front desk staff—Wee, Pop, and Una—were amazing. Special thanks to Wee, who was the most considerate hotel employee I’ve ever met, always checking in to see if we needed help. Minor point: towels were clean but had turned grey, so a refresh would make the stay even better. Overall, nearly perfect and we’ll definitely return for our next hospital follow-up.

Amazing staff, comfy rooms, bed was really comfy too. WiFi is good. Everything besides below comments were on a good level. 1. I wish the breakfast had more healthy options. 2. Wall’s soundproof were not really good and I could hear my neighbours from all directions. Strange but that’s what I always experience while visiting exactly Bangkok. Dear people please respect others!

I choose to stay here because it close to Bangkok Hospital because I need to do health check up The room a bit small, the location it not close to public transportation, but you can go by taxi or motor taxi near the hospital main gate .
