The rooms were excellent and cozy. Clean and tidy. We were so happy. The food was great. The hotel was located close to most attractions. Howevet the traffic is quite busy all over Bangkok, which feels like you’re staying really far but you’re really close

Everything. They gave early check in and late check out of one room as we booked two rooms. Really appreciated that. Changing linens after three days is a bit long. It should be two days.

Very modern credible views of skyline comfortable bed staff was great Nearly a perfect day. For a high-end hotel really look forward to casting from my phone to TV to you. Watch shows or current events in English. One of the better hotels I stayed in over my month-long visit through Asia. Only thing it’s missing is casting ability to the TV.

The interior design of the hotel is beautiful, and the location is excellent. This is my second stay, and I am very happy with the cleanliness and the quality of service. However, I would like to note one small issue: the side/back entrance for cars (not the main front entrance) always has an unpleasant smell at the entryway.

The room facilities were very good, and the room service was neat and clean. I would especially like to thank the staff in the restaurant on the morning of 3rd August. I don’t recall her name I think view, but she was wearing a green shirt. She went out of her way to help me surprise my friend with a small birthday wish, along with pastry and cupcakes. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made our day special. However, I faced a serious issue regarding the payment/transaction process. At check-in, I was told that the booking was already confirmed, but I was also asked to provide another ATM card for the security deposit. I was assured that this would be refunded upon checkout. Unfortunately, I have now been charged twice, and the refund has not yet been processed. Because of this, I am also incurring interest charges on my credit card, which is very disappointing. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and process the refund at the earliest. I would also appreciate an explanation of why this double charge occurred, as it has caused me inconvenience and unnecessary expenses. Looking forward to your quick response. Warm regards, Ranjini
