The location is amazing, right outside the hotel there is a second entrance to Emporium, this allows you to walk upstairs inside the air conditioning and avoid the heat while getting to the BTS, EmSphere, and EmQuartier.

A very convenient location just a few minutes from the BTS station, and also has a 7-11 just at the next building on a 1st floor. The gym can be accessed only for extra money (500 baht per time!) which is not clear by the team you make the booking. Not 100% sure but pool might be also not in a free access so if you're going to use it, it's better double-check first.

It is close to everything. Staff are helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff are awesome!! ?? They cleaned the room everyday. Room quite small and lobby needs to upgrade. We’re not allowed to bring outside food/eat in the lobby. ?

Location and the freshness. Staff are super nice. You can ask them for anything. Very nice people working crew. I had to pay 500 Baht to use the facility haha.

So easy to go around in the city Not at all

The room is comfortable for 2 people however the bathroom door is sliding and does not fully cover so a bit of the aircon flows inside which will experience a bit of a cold shower.
