It was on a level you expect from such hotel: service, quality, cleanliness, comforts. I was especially surprised how quite it was as not a lot of people was on my floor, but also surrounding area outside. I had perfect sleeps, but I am not so complicated about that. Having a shutle service to the terrain station was also a pleasure. Stuff was helpful and profesional It is a little bit distantly located and the massage salon was not the best you can have in a neighborhood. Also they don’t accept card payment or Apple Pay. That was a bummer for me, as I left out my physical card at home, since we don’t use it in our country.

Good breakfast and lunch, clean room, cozy and modern rooms and lobby. All for a cheaper price than most places in bkk. the wifi is slow, but they said they're solving that soon.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff all of the front desk agents were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and they made all the difference. The property is a bit out of the way easy to catch a grab, so it was not a problem

I thought being part of Ibis, the hotel would be pretty decent. As it turned out the location is close to industrial area, way of the main road & the building look tired / old. Very basic hotel. The room is darkish with only a small window facing some ports or something. Toilet too small requiring some maneuvering to get in and out. The location not ideal
