The pool with slide for the children.The staff were really nice. The rating is 5 star but it’s far from 5 star.They have a daily breakfast but it’s below average.The location is really far and out of the way.

Property is amazing, specially their family suit with 3 beds Pool and rest all amenities were also fine. We enjoyed our stay. They need to improve in breakfast. Options were limited and specially for vegetarian. Rooms, pool, sauna, steam and supermarket connected to hotel

The location, free shuttle and convenient store below hotel The washroom was pretty small and the toiletries were less. The hotel area near laundry was smelling bad.

a lot of space for a family, good location old furniture and style, air con is not working properly, space is perfect though, cannot access balcony, pickleball court too damaged

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet area. About 20min from the temples etc but we wanted something closer to the airport so it was perfect!

Your perfect base in Bangkok - leisure or business - its located very good a little out of central Bangkok's traffic jam. Enjoy the perfect pool, have a drink - get energy at the brunch size breakfast. Thanks to a super friendly staff. Will return again.

Every thing was good only the price its high. I book flat with 3 bed and when I arrive I found 2 bed. I have to pay more like 600 dollar to upgrade the flat for 3 person. Hotel very good and staff very helpful. Only the bed problem and we pay upgrades to get extra bed

We had a junior suite which, was massive for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and we enjoyed eating here 4 mornings during our stay. Staff were exceptional and, helped with tours, laundry, bags. Very good staff! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet rooms. Kitchen had nothing really in it, 1 frypan, few plates and bowls and some cutlery. No washing up detergent, no tea towel. Basically all 10 cupboards empty. We had a balcony with a view but, locked so, not able to sit outside? Cleanliness of room was very average but, hotel foyer really good. Distance to city of Bangkok 25 odd minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay! We rented a spacious 3-bedroom suite that was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Although we initially planned to dine at various restaurants, our residence's kitchen, with its large dining table, proved so inviting that we ended up ordering dinner from different places each night and enjoying family meals in a relaxed, home-like atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located, making it convenient for traveling with children. Thank you all for hosting us!

The staff was extremely friendly and serve us oriented. They were there to serve the guests and no matter what I needed they were always there. There were a couple mechanical issues with the room throughout the 8th day put upon calling them they arrived within 5 minutes I've had it fixed. It has been one of the best days I experienced in Southeast Asia. The room was superb, the pool and exercise area were a 10 out of 10, and the food was tasty and enjoyable. I also loved having the convenience of a small Market/convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. It came in handy and I used it many times throughout my stay. The location was not as convenient as others but was totally doable and workable around what we wanted to do, so not a big issue.

In room, carpeting was not used. Staffs were rigid during early check in and late check out issues even though i felt from my experience that they could manage the requirement easily. Location was not very good, if you want to see happening places from close distances.

The staff were not the friendliest compared to everywhere else we stayed in thailand. I wouldnt book this hotel next time.
