The location is very far from all the major tourist points like Centerworld, Prattyunum market, Platinum Mall etc. It's in a very shabby neighborhood, the room was very basic, the hot water in the shower doesn't work, the staff aren't really overtly friendly. You will have to carry your own luggage and pay safety deposit fee of 500 Baht which they will return upon check out if no damages are done. The BTS station nearby is not a major station so you will likely need to change tracks very often if you choose to travel thru it. Overall, it's a simple, budget friendly accommodation.

Big room, 7-eleven next to the hotel, very close to a bts station. We could have a very eraly check-in for some bhat and a late check-out (100 bhat per hour). The room was a little smelly when the AC wasn't on. The AC was pretty loud and strong.

room is clean and tidy, 60% new but they keep the room comfortable. However, the air-conditioner is very noisy while turning on. It was ok while I were staying there in Winter because I turned if off when I were sleeping. You couldn't do that in Summer. Even though they provide washing machine and drier, you don't want to use it. air conditioner was very noisy

Skytrain 5 mins away - didn’t stay long enough to know neighborhood Much needed A/C worked well, in February Quiet and large room Nine feet of counter space to lay things Hot shower I like a firm mattress however, this bed felt like I was trying to sleep on a pool table. Tiny black ants crawling around quickly on the counters, even in my opened suitcase. I didn’t have any food lying around. Lots of dust on many surfaces. Their name should say Dirty instead of Klean.

Convenient to the S8 station of the Bangkok BTS. As typical with most Asian mid-range hotels, it does have a wet bathroom (no enclosed shower area).
