The mattress is comfortable. The room is basic—not too spacious but sufficient if you only come back to rest in the evening. It’s not suitable if you want to relax. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Platinum, Big C, and Pratunam Market. The soundproofing is poor, so if the neighboring room makes loud noises or talks, it can be noisy.

It has the best location , rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating. I wish there is breakfast served for guests.

Small room but was clean and comfortable! Property is also in a busy location which is great if you are there to shop and mostly explore Bangkok. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

I booked TRIPLE ROOM. The room is quite good and spacious. Clean and bright. The Air-con is not positioned in a good place, so the wind really affected our face and head. And then it is very cool although I have changed the degree and fan speed. It cooled quite fast. The air-con position is in line with our pillow.

Easily accessible for shopping. And the receptionists are nice and friendly and they helped us in many ways . The rooms are a little small for more than 3 people but apart from that , everything else is fine .

The location is superb. It's 5 minutes walk from Platinum Mall or Pratunam market. You literally could just drop your bag shops at the hotel then go outside again. There are a lot of street food stalls nearby, 7-eleven, and other market. Easy to be picked up by taxi. The room space is decent, considering the location at the center of the busy shopping area. However, the room is super clean. The amenities are great. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Nothing particular. All is good.

First of all, the receptionist is SUPER RUDE. Omg, i cant tell how many times i felt like i was scolded and threatened with the tone of the voice by the lady receptionist. I definately think the place should hire a more people-based and friendly person. 2nd of all, the room was toooo small, it felt like you are stucked in a container box, HAHA. i mean its not cheap, so thats why my comments a bit harsh. But, the plus point is the close proximity it is to the pratunam market, its so near, So easy for you to buy and drop ur stuff at the hotel and continue shopping! This is my personal experience throughout 2 day stay! I dont like the rude receptionist, i dont like the small room. But the room is clean & comfortable.

location of hotel is perfect for my wife who like to shop! if guest put do not distrub sign maybe can at least send the bottle water to us
