The location is amazing, right outside the hotel there is a second entrance to Emporium, this allows you to walk upstairs inside the air conditioning and avoid the heat while getting to the BTS, EmSphere, and EmQuartier. It is also super practical that the pet-friendly Ibis hotel is located in the same building. If you are traveling with friends who have pets, they can stay there, and the restaurant is accessible to guests of both hotels. -

Very close to Emporium, EmQuartier and Emsphere shopping malls. Co-working space available for guests is also nice and the cleanliness of the room (I stayed in King Suite) is excellent. During my stay for 2 nights, the corridor on 24th floor was smelling funny with a strange smell consistently with some time the smell is stronger. Although the smell didn’t seep into the room, when we are going out or returning to the room, it was a bit unbearable.

Everything about the process was easy, fast, and flawless, exactly what we needed in the middle of the night. Check‑in was smooth, the staff was helpful even at that hour, and the entire experience brought a sense of relief after a stressful evening. For travelers needing a reliable, no‑hassle option, especially late at night, this hotel delivered when it mattered most.

The only area that could be improved is the sleeping comfort. The beds felt quite rigid and the pillows weren’t comfortable either. Updating these would make the stay truly perfect.

TV does not have access to disconnect from mobile or PC. Then TV becomes unusable. Everything else is top notch. 10/10
